During my stay I had several problems at the hotel, for which I had to complain several times, but finally I received a positive response from them, they cared to solve them.

The rooms are comfortable, they have the essentials to rest. The checkin and checkout service, unfortunate. Slow, confusing, I never knew how much they charged me. We went in a group for work meetings and they charged us different things for the same services. On top of that they promised us the invoice by email and we did not receive anything. In addition, the breakfast service is served in a restaurant 100 meters from the hotel, something totally inconvenient, on the other hand they do not replenish the water or toiletries. I made the claim at the front desk but it did not help. I've been to the Time hotel before and just see the service deteriorating more and more. Very unfortunate.
