The restaurants at the hotel are not great. Very little diversity in the menu but I hear the weekends are very different. Pasé un par de semanas aquí (solo entre semana) Buenas habitaciones. Gran hospitalidad. Podrían hacerlo mucho mejor con opciones de comida, especialmente para almuerzos y cenas. Los restaurantes del hotel no son muy buenos. Muy poca diversidad en el menú pero escuché que los fines de semana son muy diferentes. El desayuno es excelente, muchas opciones, excelentes pasteles, comodidades típicas de 5 estrellas.El spa es algo que debe probar: fue un éxito sorprendido al saber que es unisex.

Avoid. Ask their customers to pay to watch World Cup matches. Staying for a week here with the hefty price it comes with, and they won't let us watch the games unless you pay 250SAR per game. Very cheap and unworthy of their badge.

One of the luxury hotels in jeddah, very quiet, the staff was helpful smiling, the size of rooms is good, the food was delicious, The baked are amazing, Car parking is not commensurate with the number of rooms, size of restrooms was good,There are no events in the hotel, not beach access, my room view is too bad 😢 it was overlooking the roof of the conference room, The value is very high, telephone was very old. The 🛌 wonderful with pillows make you sleepy. Um dos hotéis de luxo em jeddah, muito tranquilo, a equipe foi prestativa sorrindo, o tamanho dos quartos é bom, a comida estava deliciosa, os assados são incríveis, o estacionamento não é compatível com o número de quartos, o tamanho dos banheiros era bom ,Não há eventos no hotel, nem acesso à praia, a vista do meu quarto é muito ruim 😢 era com vista para o telhado da sala de conferências, o valor é muito alto, o telefone era muito antigo. As 🛌 maravilhosas com almofadas dão sono.

Funcionários profissionais e sauditas de boas-vindas na recepção e no hotel. É um hotel de luxo, especialmente na área do lobby. O hotel fica a uma curta distância da corniche (mar) e essa foi a principal razão pela qual escolhi este hotel. O quarto é bom, mas desatualizado. Eu gostei da máquina de café expresso illy no entanto comida de serviço de quarto é média e com preços elevados. Eles também adicionam IVA aos preços listados, o que é ímpar, pois o preço deve incluir IVA e muito alto, considerando a qualidade e a quantidade. As cortinas são difíceis de gerenciar usando o antigo estilo de cordas para abrir e fechar. O AC é difícil de controlar e geralmente o quarto é muito frio, mesmo se você desligar o AC. O hotel parece vazio e acredito que eles precisam mudar sua estratégia de preços para atrair mais clientes, pois há melhores opções nas proximidades. Em geral, não recomendo este hotel, pois a principal desvantagem foi a qualidade e o preço da comida (não é um padrão do Ritz).A equipe da recepção é profissional e recebe você sempre, se Deus quiser. O hotel é luxuoso, especialmente o lobby. O hotel fica perto da Corniche e esta é a principal razão pela qual escolhi este hotel. O quarto é bom, mas me sinto velho e desatualizado e precisando de reforma. A melhor coisa sobre o quarto foi a máquina de café expresso. O serviço de quarto é bom, mas caro. Acrescentam o valor acrescentado aos pedidos de quarto, mesmo que o preço seja caro e suponha-se que o valor acrescentado esteja incluído. As cortinas da sala são difíceis de abrir e fechar porque usam um sistema antigo uma vez por meio das cordas. O ar condicionado no quarto já foi frio e difícil de controlar. O hotel estava quase vazio e eu aconselharia que alterassem os preços para atrair mais pessoas. Em geral, não recomendo este hotel, e o motivo é porque é a qualidade e o preço inesperados da comida nos hotéis Ritz.

If you enjoy detailed middle eastern interior design with hand made finishes, this hotel will fascinate you. This is luxury in Saudi style. Beyond the incredible carpet design, ceiling decoration and impeccable finishes, there are great staff members ready to help you. If I ever go to Jeddah again, this would be the hotel I would like to stay.

Excellent location, very welcoming reception staff and generally courteous staff. Room was excellent with very good toiletries. Internal decor of hotel and room was grandiose. Truly enjoyed my stay. I will highly recommend stay in the hotel. Distance to Haram Mecca was 83 km or 55 min of drive.

I didn't book a room in the hotel unfortunately, but I was there to attend an event there, even though it was just two hours but I can't deny that I had the best hotel experience ever.
My first impression was that this hotel is a mansion or a palace, it's too classy and luxurious, the decoration in reception and event's hall was fabulous, chandeliers were stylish, chairs and carpets was elegant.
The receptionist who hosted us was so gentle and polite.
I am so glad to visit the hotel this quick visit, but I hope to repeat my visit again but this time I hope to visit and book a room and spend a weekend.

Had a brief stay here overnight before flying back to Switzerland. The service was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and the hotel was impeccable. A grand building from the outside and inside too. The hotel offers full services from spa to gym through to buffet dinner and a wide variety of room service options. If you are going to Jeddah It is well worth staying here.
