Absolutely beautiful rooms! The set-up is a bit weird surrounding the marina which isn't really used. Beach is excellent. Drinks are way too expensive. Service is the best. Concierge had no idea what she (a young girl) was doing or anything about excursions and what was included. Front desk staff were excellent. Cleaning staff excellent. Excellent location for families, not so much for couples.

Our stay was mainly a disappointment, we booked an ocean view 2 bedroom with a plunge pool. We did not have a view of the ocean which I think set the tone for our whole 6-days we were there. We had a garden view and view of the beach club restaurant which is where most of the guests go to eat for breakfast and dinner and can be relatively loud. The food is mediocre at best, and very expensive for the quality that is served. Ordering off the room service menu is, less expensive and better quality which seems strange to me. The other option is to take a taxi to a few other very good restaurants in the area.
The resort is kept up well, rooms are clean and the staff are generally very nice. The beach is great and very quiet, aside from the outside tour operators trying to sell you a excursion every once in a while.
This property is an 1:30 to 2 hour taxi ride from the airport through some very windy roads so be warned. A boat trip or helicopter ride may be a better option to get to the property after a long flight.
Overall, it is a nice property, but was not for us. They do a good job of upkeep the butlers are great even though we had them do very little for us. If you insist on staying here, I would book a beachfront or marina view room, at least you will get what you booked.

The lobby staff are Amazing!! But room service and the other staff are alright. They’re just doing their job don’t except anything else. Food in the hotel is okay Rack of Lamb is the best dish they have.
Amazing hotel but they need to work on their food menu.

Came with my son and wife and we loved it and would absolutely come back.
Room:
Room was comfortable and spacious with a full kitchen. There is even a clothes washer available.
Staff/Butler:
The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly and helping with every bit. The butler service was amazing and always willing to help. They even set up our room for a romantic night to celebrate my wife and our 10 year anniversary. The butler staff assisted with scheduling a sunset cruise as well.
Food and drinks:
The three restaurants all had different menus and everything was amazing. The only downfall of the restaurants is during later hours of breakfast food tends to not be restocked as often.
Beach and water activities:
The beach water was so clear and nice. The bay is perfect for kids with little to no waves. All non motorized activities are free and be aware that children under 5 cannot participate in them.

Great place to stay - very beautiful- nice spacious and clean rooms. Nice pools and private beach access.
Nice staff, good food - they are accommodating- if you order something they will do their best to make it. Has water sports, and free rentals of water sports equipments.
Things they can improve-
If you are staying near lobby area - the walk to the Beach is v long - . Although they run buggies/ carts and while going to the beach you get the cart easily but while coming back sometimes it’s a long wait to get a cart.
But overall lovely experience. I can go again.

Had an excellent stay here, we were there for 7 days. One thing that stood out above the service and the friendly staff was the amazing beach. I have stayed at sugar beach and this beach was much better. The sand was soft. No rocks! Just a great place to swim and walk! Beautiful landscape on the beach and great hotel, spacious and clean!

Amazing hotel, service was amazing, buffet for every meals, nightly events, golf carts, amazing views. On call butler was useful for bookings, like reservations or activities on the island. The marina was full of life including fish, turtles and sting rays. The water was warm and there were many daily activities you can take part in.

Era como um tour educacional gratuito de 2 horas.A única coisa ruim eram os turistas titulares dos EUA e da Europa que tratavam os locais como se fossem melhores do que eles. Este es un hermoso complejo con un personal muy amable. Los alojamientos son geniales. No tengo absolutamente ninguna queja. El viaje en coche hasta el hotel fue de casi 2 horas. Es una ruta muy pintoresca en una carretera con mucho viento, pero el conductor estaba muy bien informado sobre la historia de Santa Lucía. Fue como un recorrido educativo gratuito de 2 horas.Lo único malo fueron los turistas autorizados de EE. UU. Y Europa que trataron a los lugareños como si fueran mejores que ellos. Es repugnante verlo y sucedió a menudo. Santa Lucía es un país maravilloso

This is a beautiful resort with very friendly staff. The accommodations are great. I have absolutely no complaints. The drive to the hotel was almost 2 hours. It is a very scenic route on a windy road, but the driver was very knowledgeable about St. Lucian history. It was like a free 2 hour educational tour.
The only bad thing was the entitled tourists from USA and Europe that treated the locals like they are better than them. It is sickening to see and happened often. St. Lucia is a wonderful country

Please be advised that upon arrival to the hotel you will have to take ANOTHER PC3 test in addition to the one you provide when arriving into the country, which we were unaware of.
You will then be required to quarantine 24 to 36 hours with very limited instructions. When we called the nurses' station for further information, they seemed frustrated and dismissive. Schedule your time appropriately because you will be confined to your room. I would’ve like to have known this information prior to arriving for better planning. We were truly shocked to hear the news upon checking in and it really sets the tone for the rest of our stay.
Once out of quarantine, you will receive a blue strip and no further instructions or site visits. The concierge is not very accommodating or friendly. Milo in water sports is not very pleasant or inviting. We asked to take the catamaran out and he seemed bothered by it. The staff at The Palms restaurant is nice. The beach club is pleasant but has a restricted menu.
I miss the hospitality and friendliness and clearer directions before arrival would have been useful.
