I had the best experience at this hotel, everything was amazing!! The resort is beautiful and it is seconds away from the airport. I was blown away as soon as I got out of the taxi. The suites are like paradise and I did not want to leave the suite! The staff are wonderful, they make you feel welcome and they like to serve and please everyone. The staff is also very helpful and very caring. As soon as the taxi dropped us off, there was someone waiting for us, sat us down for lunch, showed us around the hotel and the suite. I received the best service from when I arrived until I check out. I would absolutely recommend this resort to everyone I know.

We had the most amazing honeymoon. The suite was lavished, the island is beautiful, and the people very nice. The wait staff incredible and personable. Our butler Ashrim took care of all our request, he even went gift shopping for presents to take home (shops were closed due to covid). Chef Leo made incredible dinning experiences and the personally catered cabana dinner was exceptional.A big thank you to all the staff and people who live there for an amazing honeymoon!
Tuvimos la luna de miel más increíble. La suite se prodigaba, la isla es hermosa y la gente muy agradable. Los camareros son increíbles y agradables. Vinimos a Serenity en Coconut Bay en marzo de 2019 para mi cumpleaños y nuestra tardía luna de miel. ¡Nos quedamos absolutamente impresionados con este complejo! Viemos para o Serenity at Coconut Bay em março de 2019 para meu aniversário e nossa lua de mel atrasada. Estávamos absolutamente deslumbrados com este resort !! Minha esposa e eu estivemos aqui entre 1 e 6 de agosto e tivemos as melhores férias. Tudo sobre a nossa estadia foi fantástica. As diretrizes do COVID 19 foram seguidas exatamente e isso não prejudicou a experiência em nada. Fomos recebidos com as pessoas mais amigáveis que já conhecemos. Ashran foi ótimo e sempre foi capaz de nos ajudar durante a nossa estadia e Lez, o barman, foi maravilhoso. Todos os funcionários foram tão acolhedores e amigáveis. Perfect, the staff was incredible. The food was delicious and we loved the privacy. We didn't get to go on ad many tours/activities as we would've liked due to covid but would definitely go back again.
We came to Serenity at Coconut Bay in March 2019 for my Birthday and our belated Honeymoon. We were absolutely blown away by this resort!! From the minute we arrived we were so welcomed and it just felt like pure relaxation. The food was to die for, never had a bad meal. The pool was perfect. All the staff and our butlers were just so nice and helpful, and fun and accommodating. You could tell they really loved working there. My husband and I have decided no matter where we go to visit, we will never find a place like this. Our room was huge, and the private plunge pool, and hammock on our deck was the icing on the cake. Every night we would lay in the hammock with a drink and just enjoy the peacefulness and the stars in the sky. You also have the option to go across the street a short walk to their sister resort Coconut bay and use all of their restaurants and amenities. You get to choose whether you want have an exploring vacation or just a relaxing quiet one. There isn’t one thing I can say bad about this place. So if you are looking for a quiet, adult only, everything included place to vacation, this is the place for you!!! We wish we could come here all the time!! We absolutely loved it, it was just magical, like something you would see in the movies. I didn’t want to leave!!!! So look no further BOOK NOW, don’t wait, life is too short!!!!!! 🥰🥰
My wife and I went here between August 1st and August 6th and had the best vacation. Everything about our stay was fantastic. The COVID 19 guidelines were followed exactly and it didn't take away from the experience at all. We were welcomed with the friendliest people we have ever met. Ashran was great and was always able to help us out through our stay and Lez the bartender was wonderful. All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly. They were committed to making sure we had an amazing experience. We were shocked too that by the second day everyone we encountered knew our first and last names when we saw them. We had high expectations and they were exceeded in every way. The beach cabanas were fantastic and it was one of our favorite places during our stay. If I could give this resort 6 stars I would. We highly recommend staying there for a fantastic and relaxing vacation.

Um belo resort com excelente serviço prestado pela equipe de mordomo que estão de plantão 24/7. Un hermoso complejo con excelente servicio proporcionado por el personal de mayordomo que está de guardia las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana. Coconut Bay está solo en el lado más tranquilo de la isla, pero no muy lejos en taxi de otras actividades de la isla. El personal de Serenity siempre parece estar un paso adelante al atender sus necesidades y solicitudes. El bar de la playa es un lugar divertido para pasar el rato cuando te diriges a la playa. A beautiful resort with excellent service provided by the butler staff who are on call 24/7. Coconut Bay is off by itself on the quieter side of the island but not a far taxi ride from other island activities. The staff at Serenity always seems to be a step ahead when taking care of your needs and requests. The beach bar is a fun place to hang out when you head over to the beach. The Great House serves very good food and there are other dining options to choose from as well. The cabanas around the pool are great for spending an afternoon. Overall highly recommended for a honeymoon or special getaway trip.
