We made reservation and paid for 3 night stay at this property for September 10-13th 2019, reservation and full payment made in May 2019. On arrival at property we were informed by the owner that it had been let out to someone else, wouldn't recommend this place.

Nicely situated for Vatican and other major attractions. Spotlessly clean. Our welcome could not have been better. Henry was always helpful and gave good advice on where to visit and places to eat. Would recommend without hesitation.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time.in Rome whilst staying at this guesthouse. Only a 10 minute walk to the Vatican Museum, the location is great for exploring Rome by foot. The hosts give great advice on places to eat and are very friendly.
I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking at exploring Rome. 🇮🇹
