Our room was filthy... Floor was dirty wasn't half vacuumed. Cobwebs in the corners. The window was pulled away from the building on one side which left a big crack to the outside. The whole 4th floor smelled of marijuana. The guest service washer and dryer was disgusting. The washer was coming apart and was full of dirt and mildew. The dryer was awful as well. I honestly don't know how that place passed any inspection.

This hotel was just ok. Strange entrance off the hwy but the room was clean and quiet enough for one night. The room hair dryer did not work. The coffee maker was not clean. Room seemed a little musty.

Acredito que foi propaganda enganosa. O quarto era desagradável. O banheiro se moveu quando você se sentou. Era para ser um quarto para não-fumantes, mas cheirava a fumaça. Toda vez que entrávamos no elevador, cheirava a maconha. Nosso quarto nunca foi limpo. Este foi de longe um dos piores hotéis que já fiquei.

The worst ever first of all the lights did not work the room reek of mold the smell was terrible I had to keep the window open all night the sheets felt as if they had sand covering them the air conditioner blew out mold smelling air,. The big breakfast, 🚫 NOT!!… WHAT I was expecting only orange juice coffee bagels (3-day-old by the way) as well as your choice of yogurt!I was very displeased when I spoke to the attendant she laughed as if it was funny I'm demanding a refund and I would like and the reply as to why the services was so unbearable, followed by a personal phone call to the owner and operator. Please don't waste your money. This is for someone with low expectations!

I believe this was false advertisement.The room was nasty. The toilet moved when you sat down. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke. Everytime we got in the elevator, it smelled like weed. Our room was never cleaned. This was by far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed.

Eu teria dado três só para ele, mas meu amigo em outra sala teve problemas significativos.Quando fiz o check-in, originalmente tinha o quarto 214. Quando entrei no quarto, cheirava como se alguém tivesse vomitado lá. Eu tive que voltar para a recepção para obter outro quarto apenas para descobrir que o quarto tinha grandes problemas e estava em mau estado. Eu postei fotos de todos os problemas na minha seção de fotos no Google Maps. Não era apenas o quarto e mau estado de conservação, mas também era imundo. Havia cabelo no chuveiro que não era meu. A cortina do chuveiro estava mofada. A geladeira não resfriou adequadamente. Havia portas de armário penduradas nas dobradiças. Havia baratas no meu quarto. Havia uma caixa de papelão dobrada e colocada embaixo da privada para evitar que ela balançasse. Havia fios expostos e pregos pendurados na tomada do meu quarto que estava descoberto. Havia várias manchas por todo o chão que não consegui identificar. Os elevadores estavam sujos. O exterior estava sujo e enferrujado e mofado. As instalações cheiravam a fumaça. O hotel está em uma ótima localização, mas está em grande necessidade de algum TLC. Wyndham comprou esta instalação há 7 anos, de acordo com a equipe que trabalha lá. É hora de Wyndham prestar atenção a este hotel.No meu segundo dia lá, a porta do meu hotel não trancava. Mike teve que vir e consertar a porta antes que eu pudesse sair. Havia mofo nas fotos que precisavam ser cuidadas. Mike veio e cuidou disso também. Ele foi acima e além diariamente para garantir que tudo fosse cuidado, mas aqueles que possuem este hotel DEVEM FAZER MAIS para garantir que os clientes desta instalação sejam seguros e tenham um quarto limpo para ficar. Fiquei muito decepcionado com este hotel. A única graça salvadora para este lugar é a equipe da recepção. 🙏P.S. O Wyndham Hotel App desativou a seção "Dar feedback" no site em relação a esta propriedade. Ignorar esses enormes problemas que assolam este hotel não melhorará a situação.

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, pero necesita mucho cuidado. Wyndham compró esta instalación hace 7 años según el personal que trabaja allí. Es hora de que Wyndham preste la atención que tanto necesita a este hotel.Mi segundo día allí, la puerta de mi hotel no cerraba. Mike tuvo que venir y arreglar la puerta antes de que pudiera irme. Do not stay here. It is dirty. My room wasn’t even clean when I got here. It smells. The hotel itself is beat up and gross. The parking is horrible. Getting into the property is horrible. The hill into the parking lot is terrible. Literally a 0/5.

Let me start off saying that Mike Cure is the sole reason this hotel gets two stars. I would have given three just for him, but my friend in another room had significant problems.
When I checked in I originally had room 214. When I went into the room, it smelled as if someone had vomited in there. I had to go back down to the front desk to get another room only to find the room had major problems and was in disrepair. I have posted pictures of all of the problems in my photo section in Google maps. Not only was the room and disrepair but it was unclean as well. There was hair in the shower that was not mine. The shower curtain was mildewed. The refrigerator did not properly cool. There were cabinet doors hanging off the hinges. There were roaches in my room. There was a cardboard box folded up and placed underneath the toilet to keep it from rocking. There were exposed wires and nails hanging out of the socket in my room that was uncovered. There were several stains all over the floor that I could not identify. The elevators were dirty. The outside was dirty and Rusty and mildewed. The premises smelled of smoke. The hotel is in a great location but it is in great need of some TLC. Wyndham bought this facility 7 years ago according to the staff that works there. It is time that Wyndham paid some much needed attention to this hotel.
My second day there, my hotel door would not lock. Mike had to come and fix the door before I could leave. There was mildew on pictures that had to be taken care of. Mike came and took care of that as well. He went above and beyond daily to make sure that everything was taken care of but those that own this hotel MUST DO MORE to ensure the patrons of this facility are safe and have a clean room to stay in. I was very disappointed in this hotel. The only saving grace for this place is the staff at the front desk. 🙏
P.S. Wyndham Hotel App has disabled the "Give Feedback" section on the site regarding this property. Ignoring these huge issues plaguing this hotel will not make the situation better.

Acima hotel. Não a melhor localização. Mas, o quarto foi confortável e aconchegante. Muitos travesseiros. Bastante espaço. Banheiro foi ok. Abundância de água quente. Equipe amigável. Preço razoável. A abundância de restaurantes ao redor do hotel. Não há pequeno-almoço aqui. Essa foi a minha maior decepção. Em geral, não tão ruim assim.

Older hotel. Not the best location. But, the room was comfortable and warm. Plenty of pillows. Plenty of room. Bathroom was ok. Plenty of hot water. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Plenty of restaurants around hotel. There is no breakfast here. That was my biggest disappointment. Overall not that bad.
