Jeju City

The Best hotel in Jeju, especially great concierge team helped me and my family a lot during my stay. You can enjoy the theme park in the complex. The location is. also good to access to Jeju downtown or Seoguipo. You can visit Joongmoon area and nearby restaurants / cafes. Swimming pool is also good, you can enjoy indoor pool during the winter season, and outside pool in the summer.

It is a big hotel situated at Shinhwa resort with other hotels and convention centre on the same compound. Our stay at Marriott is rather disappointing. A 5-nights stay with twice change of rooms. This made our stay very troublesome and unpleasant. Another issue that made my husband annoyed was the time taken for the staff to send people to address the room issue. We wasted the whole afternoon waiting for the hotel staff to rectify the room issue and we could not go out for our activities as a family. Such a bummer. I hope the hotel could do better in up-keeping the facilities. Overall is a nice hotel with not so good up keeping of their facilities like bathtub nob spoilt, bathtub choked, faulty door locking system, aircon ventilation faulty. A lot of shops and eateries and two theme parks in the compound. I do expect more since it is regarded as a 5 star grade hotel.

Front Desk team was very exceptional and professional. Willi Kim at check in and Lim Dong Wook(?) at concierge desk went above. My trip to Jeju Island after 10years and my family's stay was indeed memorable thanks to your hospitality. Willi helped us to book our dinner buffet last min, after almost sold out with several calls and Dongwook L or Y (sorry, couldn't catch his English name) researched and prepared the nice list of nearby restaurants for us. I appreciate all their efforts and time for us. We definitely recommend this hotel and hope this hospitality to be acknowledged. Thank you!

I feel bad I'm giving only 3 stars when the staffs deserve perfect score. Unfortunately the room condition and size didn't meet our expectations. It's too small (most of business hotels such as four points by sharaton) have bigger basic rooms. It is a relatively newer hotel but shows more wear and tears than it should

Lee Wonjun

This hotel has very good facilities including large swimming pool (warm), playground for kids. And you (above platinum elite members) may get room upgrade when it is available. And you can access many beaches around hotels such as 금능, 협재 within 15 mins by cars. All staffs are kind, I strongly recommend this hotel for Marriott elite members
