Very good place to relax.Hotel has nice sauna world.The itches has Delicious food.Very good location if you are in business trip too.Nice , scenic view from the hotel. Stayed here with my wife on two separate occasions. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were nice overall (the water vapor fireplace in the wellness suite was a nice touch) ... breakfast was good, the ginormous heated spa pool is fantastic. Quality place.

Unorganized, overpriced Outfit. Front office staff at check-in and -out seriously unable to handle the simplest things (getting invoices correct at first attempt, giving yoi a working exit Ticket for the parking). Most unorganized hotel Bar with attached restaurant ever seen.. nice to know that an austrian "Tafelspitz" translates into a "Tafelspit" on the menu... thank you for potentially "spitting" into someones food! The responsible F&B Manager obviously doesnt care too much about a friendly menu. Bar Service- seriously unorganized like hell... 6 people working and no one is able to server customers at counter in a timely fashion (e.g. within 30 minutes??!!) Nor can the dirty glasses and plates be place d in a dishwasher or even better, be returned to the kitchen. Once, but never ever again!

Mixed feelings about the hotel. Would recommend to stay but only if excellent price. Positive: - Nice panorama Mountain View’s - Very nice pool area (34 degrees) - Electric chargers in the parking and a very fair flat fee or 10€ per night - Staff at reception and bar are very friendly Negative: - Deluxe room was right next to elevator and the view directly at a fast street where all motorcycles were testing their first gear - At breakfast there is no omelette (or any egg dishes other than fried egg) - no comment… - Hotel is middle in nowhere in some kind of industrial / shopping area literally 1 minute from highway - Extremely high price 500€ per night for a deluxe king bed room

Great spa Center, good variety of food for breakfast and tasty, clean rooms. Only for stars because we didn’t get all the information at the reception when checking in: parking fees, pool location, breakfast hours. Plus, the bathroom door in our room didn’t close properly, even though it was a premium room.
