Nossa experiência ruim tem muito a ver com os outros indivíduos que ficaram nesta estadia prolongada, incluindo a falta de iniciativa da equipe. Our bad experience has a lot to do with the other individuals who stayed at this extended stay including the lack of initiative from staff. Individuals would be partying, drinking, smoking weed, yelling and playing loud music in the parking lot throughout the day and even night. On Sunday night this was occurring, I had to get up in the morning for work. I called the front desk three times before it was resolved which was between 1230pm- 1am. The noise ordinance for this extended stay is 10pm, the front desk should be taking the initiative making sure individuals are not being loud/partying in the parking lot and when there is a noise complaint they should follow up to make sure it was taken care of. I’m surprised the staff allows the continuous public drinking, I thought it was illegal to possess open alcoholic containers in public. As a female I did not feel comfortable/safe (even though my fiancé was with me) with all the men drinking in the parking lot. During the evenings to let my dog out I would either have my fiancé come with me or have the door cracked and tell him to listen out. The trashcan was always full to the point there was trash all around it. For the cost of our stay it’s not worth it, we rather stay at a hotel (like the two right next door) even if we had to do without a stovetop. Our sleep and safety is so much more important.

Había reservado una habitación para el fin de semana y la habitación estaba impecable, las sábanas estaban frescas y la habitación olía muy bien. I had booked a room for the weekend and the room was immaculate, the sheets were fresh and the room was smelling lovely. The bathroom had plenty of towel at my disposal and the receptionist was amazing and friendly. This extended stay is a hotel I would definitely recommend to all of my friends and family. I really felt like I was at home at this hotel.

Book.*Especially if you are a female traveling alone*This hotel is not safe, has little to no security, and seems to have a group of men who just hang here at night playing loud music and smoking in the parking lot RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR. I have never felt so uncomfortable, even with a dog. The rooms are horrible and musty (the first room they tried to put me in REEKED of weed), and have exterior doors so you'll need to bolt and lock at night.Never again will I stay here.

Sleep in ur car b4 considering this crime scene of a hotel. I drove 10 hours to b with my college student. Could not check in at 3 because they are short staffed. After crying in the parking lot for 3 hours, I got a room 7 hours later. This is the nastiest room I have ever seen. It looks like a crime scene. I can't believe Choice Hotels or Booking.com have their names attached to this mess.
