I had a great stay here, very comfortable rooms and close to everything. I will definitely be back. Thanks to the staff also The front desk fella is a good lad.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. We arrived before our room was ready, so he offered to hold our bags while we went out for lunch. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location 2 blocks from the Botanic train station! Also , lizzy of places to eat on the block. The only negatives were the stairs (not good for the mobility challenged), and the towels. The room had 2 bath towels & 1 bath mat. Hand towels would have been nice as well. Overall a good value for the money!

I booked an en suite room for two nights at Botanic Rest, as it was reasonably priced and conveniently near to Queens University. I was entirely satisfied. My room was a good size, well-lit and clean. The breakfast was very filling. I would certainly stay here again.

Loved the cleanliness the comfort and the breakfast. Great location 15 min walk to town or there are regular buses round the corner. Only negative is it's noisy at night so bring earplugs! Student area so very busy. Free parking on the street but it is first come first served.

This place is fantastic value. Granted it’s not a 4 or 5 star hotel but your not paying for that. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was fine. The breakfast in the morning was tasty and fresh. I enjoyed my stay here.
