The place is nice and the food is AMAZING but... the entertainment is slightly cringey. There is some man wearing a blue headed costume which is slightly disturbing for me and my family. Besides that the animation crew are really funny and kind but I think the activities there could be better. And I stayed in the family sweet wich is really friendly but need to introduce air conditioning also there is no lock for the back door and a disturbing night light.

Estive aqui no ano passado em uma semana de férias com meu namorado. A recepção foi acolhedora e explicou-nos tudo à chegada. O nosso quarto era muito limpo e tinha a cama mais confortável de sempre !! A atmosfera e a comida eram excelentes e os funcionários do bar eram adoráveis. Tivemos as férias perfeitas. Esperamos voltar o mais breve possível!

Un hotel maravilloso, personal muy atento y encantador !! Intentando que pases las mejores vacaciones. Mucha higiene, habitación amplias con una terraza muy amplia. Muy bien cuidado, un buffet muy variado, debo puntualizar que las pizzas son espectaculares, hechas por ellos. El bar que está en la piscina tiene precios muy razonables. Muy agradable la semana que hemos pasado allí, estoy segura de que volveremos!!

Atención e instalaciones de 10. Tiene todos los servicios que puedes esperar de un hotel así, a eso le sumamos su atento personal, en todo momento pendiente de ti y que la estancia sea lo más cómoda y agradable posible. También destacar su excelente buffet en las tres comidas, con platos ya preparados y algunos que te realizan al momento. En cuanto a la limpieza de las habitaciones es de destacar la profesionalidad con la que la realizan. Sin duda un hotel para disfrutar y repetir.

I went here last year on a weeks holiday with my boyfriend. The reception desk were welcoming and explained everything to us upon arrival. Our room was very clean and had the comfiest bed ever!! The atmosphere and food was great and the bar staff were lovely. We had the perfect holiday. We hope to return as soon as we can!

The hotel has an inverted architecture with a large open atrium that is the scene of the nightly entertainment stating at 9pm. My review must be taken in context as I was there during COVID so it was very quiet. That said the facilities look amazing and the pool is large.
The beach close to the hotel is not sandy and I would advise having a car to travel to better beaches and the many scenic spots on the island.
The meals in the hotel were buffet style which was ample and you can't really go wrong. I had a half board which was optimal as I ate out for lunch.
There is also a supermarket within walking distance and I suggest picking up sandwiches there for lunch if you are going walking.

Under the COVID-19 conditions, the hotel staff is doing admirable work to create the necessary social distancing physical requirements plus are attentative towards clients to wear the face masks as required by including approaching the client when a mask is not worn to ask them to put on the mask. An overabundance of hand cleansing stations ensures hand gel is always available.
The hotel staff is very professional and focused on the client and their responsibilities without being overbearing but instead, friendly.
The room is perfect for me with a sea view and it is perfectly cleaned and hygienic, kudos to the sanitation staff!
