Eu reservo o quarto uma semana antes online após a reserva ligo para confirmação, tudo confirmado.Eu chego na estrutura e eles me recebem informando que não houve reserva e que eu havia falado com outra pessoa e não a mesma pessoa que me recebeu , nesse ponto eu tento pedir uma explicação mas com cara de mau me dizem que não há nada a fazer, para tentar limpar a consciência esse cara tenta me virar em torno de uma série de outras estruturas, mas nada totalmente cheio. Eu me encontrei às 16 da tarde sem alojamento para a noite em Roma no dia 1º de novembro, um feriado. Entre os números que ele me passou, um hoteleiro me respondeu, explicando a situação e me dizendo que não é a primeira vez que isso acontece e que essa estrutura muitas vezes deixa as pessoas caminhando no último momento .... felizmente no final eu descobri a 'acomodação pelo menos durante a noite, mas fora de Roma e pagando o dobro VERGONHOSO!!!
Eu estava satisfeito. O procedimento de auto check-in é muito conveniente. Custo-benefício? Eu diria que ele merece as estrelas que dei a ele. Eu voltarei!
Genial !! Habitación luminosa y limpia, sencilla y acogedora. Zonas comunes bien organizadas, pero la guinda del pastel es que todo es automático, rápido y evita muchas molestias.
Yo estaba satisfecho. El procedimiento de registro automático es muy conveniente. ¿Relación calidad-precio? Diría que se merece las estrellas que le di. ¡Vuelvo enseguida!

Equipe amigável, ambiente confortável e limpo. Gostei de fazer o check-in com o telefone e o aplicativo para entrar sem as chaves, uma boa solução, considerando o atual problema do Covid

I booked for my sister who lives abroad and had a great time with my grandchildren in the b & b, spotlessly clean rooms and rooms. The owner was extremely helpful and provided assistance from arrival to departure. The location is perfect and well served by public transport. Thank you, see you soon
Reservo la habitación una semana antes online después de reservar llamo para confirmación, todo confirmado Llego a la estructura y me reciben diciéndome que no había reserva y que había hablado con otra persona y no con la misma persona que me dio la bienvenida yo, en ese momento trato de pedir una explicación pero con mala cara me dicen que no hay nada que hacer, para tratar de despejar su conciencia este tipo intenta darle la vuelta a algunas otras estructuras pero nada del todo. Me encontré a las 4 pm sin alojamiento para pasar la noche en Roma el 1 de noviembre, un día festivo. Entre los números que me dio, me responde un hotelero que, explicando la situación, me dice que no es la primera vez que esto pasa y que esta estructura muchas veces deja a la gente caminando en el último momento .... por suerte al final yo encontré un 'alojamiento al menos por la noche pero fuera de Roma y pagando el doble ¡¡¡VERGONZOSO!!!
