Para o alto preço deste resort, achei a qualidade faltando. Eu não estava reservado para um quarto especial premium, mas a qualidade ainda parecia um pouco mais Motel 6 do que Ritz-Carlton. O quarto estava parcialmente sujo, além de estar em mau estado de conservação. A governanta foi muito simpática em voltar para dar uma olhada e arrumar tudo, mas o pessoal da recepção foi um pouco humilhante nas conversas sobre essas coisas. Além disso, tudo custa alguma coisa.

For the high price of this resort, I found the quality lacking. I was not booked for a particularly premium room, but the quality still felt a little more Motel 6 than Ritz-Carlton. The room was partially dirty in addition to being in slight disrepair. The housekeeper was very nice about coming back to take a look and tidy up, but the desk staff was a little demeaning in conversations about these things. Also, everything costs something.

La mejor experiencia hotelera de mi vida. Increíble personal, excelentes instalaciones y todo más de lo que puede pedir.Nos alojamos en uno de los SkyLofts de dos habitaciones por tres noches, la nuestra fue la única con un jacuzzi privado en el techo. Todo en la habitación es automático, persianas, luces, televisores, música, etc. La música está en cada habitación y usted tiene acceso directo a un mayordomo que se encarga de todo por usted. El personal es increíble y la habitación es fantástica!El conserje y el mayordomo estaban dispuestos a bajar y recoger comida de los restaurantes en el MGM y traerla a nuestra habitación también, esta era una característica realmente agradable. Si la cocina de SkyLoft no tuviera algo que quisiéramos en el menú, lo harían para nosotros de todos modos.

Tudo na sala é automatizado, persianas, luzes, TVs, música, etc. A música está em todos os quartos e você tem acesso direto a um mordomo que cuida de tudo para você. A equipe é incrível eo quarto é fantástico!O conceirge e mordomo estavam dispostos a ir para baixo e pegar comida dos restaurantes no MGM e trazê-lo para o nosso quarto, bem, este foi um recurso muito bom. Se a cozinha SkyLoft não tinha algo que queríamos no menu, eles iriam fazer isso para nós de qualquer jeito !!

The best hotel experience of my life. Amazing staff, excellent facilities and just all around more than you can ask forWe stayed in one of the two bedroom SkyLofts for three nights, ours was the only one with a private hot tub on the roof. Everything in the room is automated, blinds, lights, TVs, music, etc. Music is in every room and you have direct access to a butler that takes care of everything for you. The staff is amazing and the room is fantastic!The conceirge and butler were willing to go down and pick up food from the restaurants in the MGM and bring it up to our room as well, this was a really nice feature. If the SkyLoft kitchen didn't have something that we wanted on the menu, they would make it for us anyways!!
