O sofá era de couro que eu recebo, fica limpo, mas não é confortável. As camas eram ótimas, assim como os travesseiros. Cozinha era adequada e tinha o que você precisa com exceção de utensílios para grelhar. Banheiras de hidromassagem foram excelentes. Lugar agradável geral

Ficamos no edifício 2 quartos 304 unidades B&C. Temos ficado no resort muitas vezes, pois somos membros imediatos da família de um proprietário. Nunca na minha vida eu vi tanta sujeira que os filtros de ar estavam absolutamente empoeirados, a alça do banheiro no lado da rainha da sala mal estava ligada, de volta a uma das cadeiras meio perdidas e a poeira nos móveis e rodapés era horrível. A banheira tinha pelos que não eram nossos. Os tapetes eram nojentos os pés dos meus sobrinhos ficaram pretos e sempre que usávamos meias brancas, o tapete imediatamente ficava preto, o tapete era tão ruim. Havia uma embalagem de comida na minha cama, bem como migalhas na varanda. Fiquei bastante decepcionado com esta viagem com a limpeza, o atendimento ao cliente estava no ponto, como sempre. Entendemos que como investidores e no mercado de aluguel é difícil encontrar ajuda decente nos dias de hoje e a pandemia não ajudou, mas isso foi um pouco exagerado, especialmente usando 48.500 de nossos pontos. Faça melhor.

Tínhamos duas suítes, uma com cama king e outra com queen. Ambos tinham cozinha. A rainha parecia mais uma quitinete. O rei uma cozinha completa. Nossas varandas estavam voltadas para o campo de golfe, o que era um local agradável para comer nossas refeições e desfrutar do café da manhã O concierge não foi exatamente informativo. Esta foi uma verdadeira decepção. Trocamos nosso belo timeshare por este lugar, e é um verdadeiro lixo. Nossa unidade estava suja, fedorenta e não era uma boa experiência. As fotos do resort pareciam ótimas, mas a realidade é muito pior. Não quero culpar as pessoas que trabalham lá ou a nova gerência, mas eles têm MUITO trabalho pela frente para consertar esse lugar. Se você quiser estar perto da faixa de Branson, é uma boa localização. Mas não espere muito do resort real. Sabíamos que eles só tinham uma piscina coberta. Tudo bem, mas nada de especial e os jatos de hidromassagem não funcionaram. Eu realmente recomendo procurar outro lugar com uma piscina descoberta, se possível, se você estiver vindo no verão.

Nos alojamos allí 4 días 3 noches. El condominio en el que estuvimos fue increíble. Sin problemas en absoluto. Todo el mundo fue muy amable y conocedor. Me encantó que tuviera 2 baños, lavadora y secadora. Muy conveniente. Una piscina al aire libre hubiera estado bien. Vale la pena la estancia.

This was a real disappointment.We exchanged our beautiful timeshare for this place, and it's a real dump.Our unit was dirty, smelly and just not a good experience.The pictures from the resort all looked great, but the reality is much worse.I don't want to blame the actual people who work there or the new management, but they've got a LOT of work ahead of them to fix this place up.If you want to be close to the Branson strip, it's a good location.But don't expect much from the actual resort.We knew going in that they only had an indoor pool.It's OK but nothing special and the hot tub jets didn't work.I'd really recommend looking around to find another place with an outdoor pool if possible if you're coming in summer.

We had two suites, one with a king and the other with a queen. Both had a kitchen. The queen was more like a kitchenette. The king a full size kitchen. Our balconies were facing the golf course which made a nice place to eat our meals and enjoy morning coffee The concierge was not exactlyinformative. We came for the presentation a lot longer than 90 minutes!

We stayed in building 2 rooms 304 B&C units. We have stayed at the resort many times as we are immediate family members of an owner. Never in my life have I seen such filth the air filters were absolutely caked in dust, handle to the toilet on queen side of room was barely on, back to one of the chairs halfway missing & the dust on the furniture & baseboards was horrible. The tub had hairs that were not any of ours. The carpets were disgusting my nephews feet stayed black & anytime we wore white socks the immediately turned black the carpet was so bad. There was a food wrapper left in my bed as well as crumbs on balcony. I was pretty disappointed this trip with the cleanliness the customer service was on point as always. We understand as investors as well as in the rental market it’s hard to find decent help these days & the pandemic didn’t help matters but this was a bit overboard especially using 48,500 of our points. Do better.

The sofa was leather which I get, stays clean but not comfortable. Beds were GREAT so were the pillows. Kitchen was adequate and had what you need with the exception of grilling utensils. Jetted tubs were great. Overall nice place

We stayed there 4 days 3 nights. The Condo which we were in was awesome. No problems at all. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Loved that it had 2 bathrooms, a washer and dryer. Very convenient. An outdoor pool would have been nice. Worth the stay.

I paid almost $600 for two nights and yes there was a pool. But for 600 dollars there wasn't any complimentary breakfast, room service never brought us new linens. Just thought there would be more amenities and something cool for someone paying 300 dollars a night. For being in Branson I hope in the future you offer more than a pool for the money you charge. Nosso quarto era bem básico: um quarto, um banheiro, cozinha completa e área de estar.Tivemos um problema com um cachorro latindo no quarto ao nosso lado e eles gentilmente nos mudaram para um quarto muito mais silencioso. Reservamos en hotels.com y obtuvimos una habitación de 2 habitaciones por 2 noches por alrededor de 300. ¡Definitivamente vale la pena! No estoy seguro si fue porque era un día de semana. Our room was pretty basic: one bedroom, a bathroom, full kitchen, and living area. We had a problem with a dog barking in the room beside us and they kindly moved us to a much quieter room. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating especially Mike our concierge and Lisa who checked us in. The location is the best part, because it is within 5 minutes of almost everything.

We booked on hotels.com and got a 2 bedroom for 2 nights for around 300. Definitely worth it! I'm not sure if it was because it was a weekday. The rooms we stayed in were super nice. Well worth it in my eyes! No complaints here. We will definitely be coming back. Not sure if I like the oh you were randomly selected to be apart of viewing our other resort when I just read all the previous reviews stating the same thing 🙄. Just tell them no thank you and move on that's what we will do next time. It hasn't been very busy with parking or anything but again it's during the week. Literally the only thing they could do is stretch the carpet. Everything else was perfect for us. stayed in 306A and 306B.
