Staff was wonderful and helpful. Room was clean and modern. Only issue was a stained carpet. Not sure if it just needed shampooing or replacing. Would stay there again!

Really nice hotel. Excellent breakfast, nice pool, clean and good rooms. There is a shuttle service to/from the airport, a shopping mall connected, and the end station of the orange MTR line in walking distance. Asia Expo is less efficient connected. You need a taxi or a bus+walk.

We stayed for one night. The hotel is in the same building with the mall, make us easy to go shopping. The room space is wide enough and clean. Our room has a good view. The hotel interior is modern. It is easy to go to the MTR station, we just walk go through the mall. The hotel also provide free shuttle to the airport. It takes about 10 minutes to the airport from the hotel. It is recommended to stay especially if you want to go shopping and have easy access to the airport and MTR station.

My husband and our 3yr old son stayed here for 1 night for a layover, we had an early flight the next day. I loved every second of it. The room was very modern and spotlessly clean with amazing views. They met the special requests I made when I made the reservation and gave us an upgrade.Location is so close to the airport. With the complimentary shuttle this made it so easy to get to and fro. Great mall, supermarket, food places connected to the hotel.Cannot fault it.
