If you want to experience a staggeringly poor customer experience look no further than the security desk at Windsor Hills!
Looking forward to your vacation? Well these guy's will bring you crashing down without even communicating with you. Take a grunt/sigh if you are fortunate. If not, look for alternative accommodation if they don't have any interest in your problem.
If you don't have to deal with the security gate staff I'd imagine it's a nice place to be. Unfortunately that's inaccessible without the assistance of this elite team!

Looks like a nice place, however because of the guards on the day shift on March 22, 2022 around 2pm we would never do business with this resort whatsoever. My daughter drove down from New Hampshire and was staying with some friends at Windsor Hills who we haven't seen in awhile so we went to pick her up to do some shopping in Orlando. Even though my daughter was a registered guest with Windsor Hills and the guard literally confirmed her identity on the phone they would not let us enter to pick up our daughter. We had to sit in front of the guard shack and literally call an Uber to pick her up and bring her to us at the guard shack less then a mile away. I will be telling my Real Estate contacts to stay clear of Windsor Hills.

We've stayed many different communities in Orlando area. We've stayed at Windsor Hills for the last 3 years now. Definitely our family favorite! The community pool area far exceeds any others we've been to. Very convenient location to the theme parks as well.

Facilities are nice but they kicked us out of the pool because of a ‘chemical imbalance’ when we then found out it was because the bathroom was broken-at least that’s was an employee told us. The help center is not very friendly or helpful. The store doesn’t open until 10am, so if you need anything you have to go out of the community, even just a cup of coffee, or something you may have forgotten and need.

Community is great gated community. Our unit we rented was pretty dated but the location and property made up for it. Make sure to get sq footage of villas. Our was tiny.

Very tidy resort. The pool becomes very very busy with very little chance of securing a lounger. Luckily we had our own private pool at the villa, however the apartments behind the public pool use the pool which fills up the occupancy very quickly. I wouldn't go to this area purely for the slides, we used the area once in two weeks. The security of the gated community and cleanliness is superb. Not very often a queue to get through the main gates but the security officer does help you through.

This community is beautiful, however, the home we rented 7764 tosteth street was HORRIBLE! Starting with the arrival process, for Thanksgiving 2021 we purchased a 6 bedroom house and there were multiple cars. No one advised us that their was a car limit. Only 3 cars per house allowed on the property. Security was rude and disrespectful upon arrival. We had a family member with a 5 month old baby and they would not allow her and her husband on the property. Even though there names were on the list. Not even to get the baby inside the home and drop out items and come back out. They saw the baby was fussy and did not care at all. Moving on to the house, they purchased some of the cheapest decor you can think of. No one was satisfied with the stay. The adult beds were hard, the kids mattresses were cheap. Some of the appliances were broken. They have Roach pads all over the house. In the middle of the night, a roach was crawling on the mother of the 5 month old as she was feeding the baby. It was HORRIBLE. We normally always love our stays in Orlando but this was ridiculous to experience. Especially thanksgiving weekend. We could not have guest on the properties. I would not recommend this home to anyone and they shouldn’t be in such a beautiful community. Owners do better.

I loved everything about the property! The property had everything we needed to enjoy our trip! A baby bed, high chair, 2 car seats, complete kitchen with everything you could think of! The property was so clean and smelled so good! The pool was amazing and very clean! The clubhouse had a real nice vibe to it! The check in process was easy breezy! There was a guest welcome book with every answer to almost every question I had! It’s super close to Walmart and Publix! I booked my property on Booking.com with RBR Vacation Rentals and they are amazing! I would definitely recommend thisproperty! I will most definitely book again! Thank you for making our trip amazing!

El lugar es excelente, amplio, tranquilo y bien ubicado. El comfort de las casas dependerá de cada dueño pero en general son amplias para familias muy grandes o para compartir entre varias familias. Está cerca de los parques, y tiene un Walmart a 100 metros.

Hermoso lugar, piscina con tobogan super divertido para los niños, parte del personal del resort habla español y son sumamente atentos.
