Bom hotel. Pontos positivos: estação de metrô da linha F fica a uma quadra do hotel. Café da manhã ok. Banheiro sem banheira. Frigobar no quarto. Cortina blackout com acionamento eletrônico. Wifi. Pontos negativos: quarto muito pequeno. Não há box no banheiro, ou seja, tomou banho, molhou tudo! Não tem estacionamento. Não tem micro-ondas no quarto.

Bom hotel para se hospedar, próximo de nova York. Há estava de metrô próxima, frigobar no quarto e cortina automática. Bom café da manhã. Pontos negativos: Não há micro-ondas nem box no banheiro.

Passei apenas uma noite no hotel, mas gostei muito. A localização é ótima, próximo de uma estação de metrô. O quarto é espaçoso e muito confortável, conta com cofre e frigobar. A equipe é simpática e atenciosa. O café da manhã é gratuito, e bem saboroso. Tem café, chá e suco 24h, além de um microondas disponível para uso dos hóspedes. Muito bom!

Hotel nada a ver, tem uma luz brega em cima da cama sem sentido nenhum, a porta do banheiro é de vidro e não tem tranca. Muito desconfortante, além do café da manhã não ter muitas coisas é extremamente caro. Quando cheguei lá com as malas no primeiro dia, o elevador estava quebrado, tive que subir 3 andares com as malas, não é muita coisa, porém enquanto eu estava subindo tinha um cara descendo todo bolado porque ele estava no 9o andar, sorte minha que eu estava no 3o

Excelente custo benefício, café da manhã incluso, equipe prestativa, ambiente limpo, banheiro com paredes de vidro rs. Apenas 1 quarteirão da do metrô Queensbridge. Bairro seguro. Recomendo e quando possível voltarei a me hospedar neste hotel.

My stays are always pleasant here. Check-in staff are always nice and make the transactions easy. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. I always get a room with a city view. I love the frosted glass bathrooms. The bathrooms are nicely decorated and updated. Breakfast is served here every morning. There's no designated parking but I've never had a problem finding parking in the immediate area. I've stayed here twice and enjoyed my stays. Minhas estadias são sempre agradável aqui. Check-in equipe são sempre agradáveis e fazer as transações fácil. Os quartos são limpos e bem decorados. Eu sempre obter um quarto com vista para a cidade. Eu amo as casas de banho de vidro fosco. As casas de banho estão bem decorados e atualizado. Pequeno-almoço é servido aqui todas as manhãs. Há estacionamento não designada, mas eu nunca tive um problema em encontrar estacionamento na área imediata. Eu tenho ficado aqui duas vezes e se meu estadias.

Espectacular. Desde el recibimiento tan pronto llegas hasta la habitación que aunque un poco pequeña, es hermosa, limpia y el baño es súper cómodo y la ducha fascinante. Agua caliente. El aire funciona súper bien. La localización es muy céntrica,la queda cerca de varias estaciones del treny llegas a Mahantan en aprox 15 mins en tren. Tienes una panadería Baker House Market, que es 24 horas, a dos cuadras y se come rico. Nos encantó mucho. Así que para la próxima vez, ese será nuestro hospedaje.

The hotel it is quite nice and modern. The rooms is kinda small but over very nice and clean. The bathroom is large and has the most amazing shower we have ever seen. The down side is park is a disaster on Long Island City. The hotel itself has no parking of it's own so you need to park on the street...park wisely or you will receive a hefty parking ticket like we did. We would stay again.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Very close to Manhattan - one block for the F train, three blocks to the 7/N/W trains. Small rooms, but that’s typical for NYC. Very comfortable beds. Odd shower set-up - no door so water can easily escape to the bathroom floor if you’re not careful. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff, but the front desk staff seemed indifferent when we called first to report a ceiling leak in our bathroom, and second to report that our internet service wasn’t working. We feel that more attention should have been given to those issues - that’s the reason this is a 3-star review vs a 4-star.

Muy buen hotel, en cuanto a relación calidad precio, de lo mejor que puedes encontrar en la ciudad. Moderno, limpio, cuidado y con buenas calidades y detalles. Por decir algo malo, que esta fuera de Manhattan, pero con parada de metro al lado con lineas directas al centro en 10/15 minutos. Desayuno incluido, más que decente en cantidad y calidad, cosa rara en NY.

For the price this is a great place to stay. Is it perfect? No. But again, prices are extremely reasonable for being only a 15 minute train ride from Manhattan. Our room was decent size with a king bed. Everything looked fairly new, modern and the room was clean. Room had hairdryer, coffee maker, refrigerator. There was a small table and chair and shelf/closet for storage. Out the window we could see Manhattan and the Empire State Building. Breakfast each morning from 630am to 10am consisted of eggs, bacon or sausage, make your own waffles, yogurt, cereal, toast and donuts. That being said, the immediate area around the hotel is not exactly pretty. Housekeeping for the most part was good but missed some things like leaving toilet paper one day and it looks like hallways aren't vacuumed often. The shower also only has a short glass panel and no door so the bathroom floor would be soaked after showers. There is only one elevator which at peak times can be very slow to arrive. The hotel is one block from the F train which has you to Manhattan quickly. And even though the area around hotel and subway station is depressing, we never felt unsafe walking even at night. We were very happy with our stay here based on price paid. We would stay here again.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The room is small but very clean and modern. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. They provide free breakfast as well. The location is perfect because it's next to two major subway lines. I would highly recommend booking at this hotel,not to mention the pricing was reasonable compared to other hotels in the surrounding area.
