Equipe calorosa, amigável e profissional, desde o check-in até a equipe de garçons. O hotel tem um cheiro calmo incrível de um spa que você percebe no momento em que entra. Restaurante, bar, piscina e banheira de hidromassagem bem conservados e com funcionários. Belas vistas e acesso imediato à praia. Tivemos as refeições mais incríveis no restaurante e eu comi o melhor hambúrguer que já comi no bar externo gerenciado por Lorrie! Oh sim as asas costeiras são a bomba! Este será definitivamente o nosso lugar quando estivermos na cidade! Obrigado por uma estadia relaxante e despreocupada!

Warm, friendly and professional staff, from check in to the wait staff. The hotel has an amazing calm smell of a spa that you notice the moment you enter. Restaurant, bar, pool and hot tub well maintained and staffed. Beautiful views and immediate access to the beach. We had the most amazing meals at the restaurant and I had the absolute best hamburger I have ever had at the outside bar managed by Lorrie! Oh yes the Coastal wings are the bomb!
This will definitely be our go to place when we are in town! Thank you for a relaxing and carefree stay!

Accommodations were for 4 people. The staff was unable to give us 2 more chairs for the patio on the balcony. Bathroom was set up for only 2 people as well. No extra towels. No extra bottles of water or coffee. When asked for additional, we waited over an hour to have towels brought to the room. For a Spa we expected more luxury. The spa and resort was nothing special then a regular stay at a hotel. I've stayed at hotels nicer.

Esta foi uma viagem de regresso para nós. Visitamos há 15 anos e tivemos um tempo esplêndido. O resort ainda é limpo e bem equipado. Os quartos são espaçosos e bem cuidados. Serviço de troca diária de cama, lençóis e toalhas devem ser solicitados no dia anterior??? A piscina, bar ao ar livre e área de banheira de hidromassagem eram muito agradáveis. Nós apreciamos os serviços de spa, mas o sucesso da visita foi o bar interno e especialmente o Tom. Seu serviço (para todos) foi de prateleira superior. Embora possamos ter passado muito tempo lá, Tom tornou a visita memorável e elevou toda a experiência. O bar interno foi uma experiência de 5 ⭐️. Ótimas lembranças...

This was a return trip for us. We visited 15 yr ago and had a splendid time. The resort is still clean and well staffed. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Daily 'change over service' bed, linens and towels be requested the day prior??? The pool, outdoor bar and hot tub area were very nice. We did enjoy the spa services, but the hit of the visit was the indoor bar and especially Tom. His service (to all ) was top shelf. Although we may have spent too much time there, Tom made the visit memorable and elevated the entire experience. The indoor bar was a 5 ⭐️ experience. Great memories...

So, I was trying to be fair with my ratings because the location was nice, the property is beautiful but feel like there should be microwaves in the rooms, better coffee machines and they don't have roll out beds. I feel like most hotels have that and because of this I have to overall give it a four stars. They have a really nice property so if you have exactly four people in your party, there should be no issues. A/C sometimes gets too warm. I'd go back againbut would make sure to bring a blow up bed.

Esta foi a nossa primeira estadia no The Shores. As acomodações foram ótimas. O mini-frigorífico no quarto era bom ter. A cafeteira na sala era um estilo de servir único que usa cápsulas planas consistindo basicamente de borra de café em uma bolsa de filtro de café. Se você gosta de café, pode trazer café e pequenos filtros de café. Despeje alguns grinds em seu filtro, dobre-o algumas vezes e funcionará como um campeão. O pessoal do manobrista fez um ótimo trabalho. Nós não comemos nos restaurantes da propriedade, então não podemos dizer como eles são. A instalação era limpa e bem equipada em todos os lugares. Os barmen eram ótimos e não eram egoístas com suas bebidas. As vistas são deslumbrantes e as varandas são espaçosas. Tudo no quarto funcionou como seria de esperar. Se nossas aventuras nos trouxerem de volta à área de Daytona novamente, é aqui que ficaremos.

This was our first stay at The Shores. The accommodation were great. The mini fridge in the room was nice to have. The coffee maker in the room was a single serve style that uses flat pods basically consisting of coffee grounds in a coffee filter pouch. If you're a coffee person you can bring coffee and small coffee filters. Pour some grinds in your filter, fold it over a few times and it will work like a champ. The valet folks did a great job. We didn't eat at the restaurants on the property so we can't say what they're like. The facility was clean and well staffed everywhere. Bartenders were great and were not selfish with their pours. The views are stunning and the balconies are spacious. Everything in the room worked as you'd expect. If our adventures bring us back to the Daytona area again this is where we'll stay.

Recentemente remodelado no ano passado. Tivemos um problema com o ralo do chuveiro quando chegamos e a TV não recebia sinal uma vez e entramos em contato com a recepção e ambos foram tratados em poucos minutos. A comida no bar do pátio era ótima. Muitos lugares ao redor da piscina e deck. Super fácil acesso à praia. Com certeza ficaria lá novamente.

Newly remodeled within the last year. We had an issue with the shower drain when we first arrived and the TV didn't get signal once and we contacted the front desk and both were handled within minutes. The food at the patio bar was great. Lots of seating around the pool and deck. Super easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Decided to come here last minute, but the receptionist Krista provided us with such ease with helping us accommodate our stay. We had the best room, the best food and the best customer service throughout this whole trip. Great pool, great hot tub, right on the beach. Perfect location. Would recommend coming here again in a heartbeat. 10 out of 10 stay 🐠💙

Ótimo resort à beira-mar onde ficamos quatro noites para o fim de semana de casamento da nossa filha. Espaços agradáveis para relaxar dentro e fora, dia e noite. Fogueiras, s'mores grátis, piscina, etc. O nosso quarto king com varanda era espaçoso e confortável, com muito espaço para entreter alguns amigos. O banheiro é bom, mas o chuveiro tinha uma tendência a inundar o banheiro. Toalhas para absorver a água eram abundantes. A melhor coisa sobre este lugar é a equipe que foram todos gentis, prestativos e energéticos. A equipe de bell realmente agita, e todos, desde a recepção até bares, arrumação e manobrista, tiveram uma atitude boa e prestativa, o que é muito refrescante nos dias de hoje. Outros na festa de casamento reservaram um quarto lá por meio de um site fraudulento, para que o quarto não estivesse realmente disponível ou reservado quando eles chegaram. A equipe do hotel resolveu para eles de alguma forma em um fim de semana movimentado de primavera. Isso está acima e além, IMO!

Great seaside resort where we stayed four nights for our daughter's wedding weekend. Nice spaces to relax inside and outside, day and night. Fire pits, free s'mores, pool, etc. Our king room with balcony was spacious and comfy with plenty of room to entertain a few friends. Bathroom is nice but the shower had a tendency to flood the bathroom. Towels to soak up the water were plentiful. The best thing about this place is the staff who were ALL kind, helpful and energetic. The bell staff really hustles, and everyone from the front desk to bars to housekeeping to valet had a good and helpful attitude, which is very refreshing these days. Others in the wedding party booked a room there through a scam website so the room was not actually available or booked when they arrived. Hotel staff worked it out for them somehow on a busy spring weekend. That is above and beyond, IMO!

Nós nos casamos no deck aqui, então como posso dar menos de 5 estrelas? Moramos a apenas 1,6 km de distância, mas ainda assim optamos por fazer o casamento aqui por causa das ótimas instalações e funcionários. Nice área de piscina, e o prédio foi recém-pintado. Toda a família se divertiu muito e tenho certeza de que ficaremos novamente no nosso aniversário

We got married on the deck here, so how can I give it less than 5 stars? We only live a mile away but still chose to have the wedding here because of the great facility and staff. Nice pool area, and the building has been freshly painted. The whole family had a blast and I’m sure we will stay again on our anniversary

El lugar es muy bonito , la piscina , la ubicación, con acceso al mar , el cuarto pequeño pero bonito . LASTIMOSAMENTE SU PERSONAL ES COMPLETAMENTE DESCORTÉS, NO CUENTAN CON NADIE QUE HABLE ESPAÑOL Y TAMPOCO TIENEN INTERÉS EN HACERLO , esto me parece terrible , trabajan en área turística y por esta razón es IMPORTANTE, podercomunicarse claramente con sus clientes . Pasados 10 díasdespués de finalizar nuestra estadíay aún NO HAY REEMBOLSO DEL DEPÓSITO POR NOCHE y cómo lo mencione anteriormente NO ME DAN SOLUCIÓN PARA COMUNICARME CON ALGUIEN EN ESPAÑOL .

The location is right in the beach. The heat was broken and the temperature was 54 when I checked in and I wasn't notified of this issue. I had to mess w the thermostat for 15 min until I went to front desk to complain. They gave me a space heater. This is not 4 stars.

Loved the location, the Smores in the evening, 2 free welcome drinks! All the staff from the receptionist, pool staff and waiter, were smiling and very friendly. That's a plus anywhere you go! We even got to check early!

The location of this hotel is perfect - right on the beach with a view, a pool and a beautiful deck complete with fire pits, corn-hole, a bar and restaurant. My family and I spent 3 days here and plan to stay again for a week next time. The rooms were a little bit out-dated, but this did not affect the cleanliness of the room.
