Had excellent experience to stay for 5 days. They are transitioning to Travelodge now. Great and Awesome staff. Front desk are so friendly and Manager is easy to talk to and all staff are nice. Will definitely come back here for our next vacation. Will definitely recommend. Location is good, close to skytrain and bus stops. Clean room and room service is everyday.

Use to be a decent place to stay but after renovation it's not good anymore rooms were missing basic amenities like coffee brewing machine, hair dryer, iron, coat hangers, safe and even remote for tv wasn't provided, no night lamps and list goes on too many things weren't provided in room. On top of it if you want to take a hot shower there plumbing is so pathetic that either it gonna be really hot and you can get burn while having a shower or it will be super cold water pressure is not steady so take shower at your own risk.

Room was clean but was totally bare bones and to be honest not worth what they charge for a night. Stayed in a room with a double queen and the covers had cigarette burns on them. The pillows and sheets looked stained and were not totally clean, it seemed. The couch in the room was torn in several places and looked worn. The bathroom didn't have a toilette brush and the blinds wouldn't shut completely. I would not recommend this place to people I don't like. That should tell you how I feel about this place. Bottom line this was a terrible experience.

I give this hotel a review and the owner replied to me saying they apologize and my feedback is very important to them and To rest assure that they will take appropriate measures to avoid this problems in the future and they will re train their maintenance team. That is a complete lie i been reading the reviews from people from a year ago and they all had bad experience at your hotel. Dirty rooms and this is a health risk. And you have not done anything about it. Your hotel should be condemned. Its unbelievable that the sheets are not being washed. It does not matter if we paid $50 or $200 dollars. You should keep your hotel clean. You are playing with peoples health. I am a pregnant women. you post pretty pictures online so people stay at your hotel. And its a total lie once we get there. And you don’t even refund people for staying at you nasty hotel. I had to stay seated on a chair from 2-9 in the morning because i got bed bug bites. And i was not going to risk my and my baby’s health sleeping on your dirty bed. I already contacted Canada’s health department. And i will give you bad reviews everywhere. And contact every health department i can. Because your place should be condemned. And i better get my deposit back. Because i see 2 posted transactions on my bank account and no refund yet and its been almost a week. I will warn everyone i can online so they can stay away from your disgusting hotel. I can’t believe you don’t wash your sheets and you could clearly see blood, semen, pee stains and you just live them like that. And towels are also disgusting. You don’t even mop your floors. The rude manager told me the spiders were coming from the window that was open in the restroom. We didn’t even had a window in the restroom. Spiders on the pillows. Blood ,semen, pee on the sheets and the mattress because believe me we took off all the sheets to look for more spiders and the mattress was disgusting. Its unbelievable. STAY AWAY PEOPLE. Unless you want to get a disease.

When we got there it looked like they are/have been undergoing renovations to redo everything. Had to wait a bit for the owners(or managers) to come back, got upgraded for free to a bigger room since we arrived early and our room wasn't ready. Lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The room itself had new flooring, new beds, new bathrooms, it looked like everything was new and super clean looking. Good place to stop and take a breather from travelling.
