Desde o minuto em que entrei, fui cumprimentada por Peri, e seu sorriso ilumina a sala. Ela se certificou de que todas as minhas dúvidas e preocupações fossem atendidas. Os quartos são muito limpos e arrumados. As camas são super limpas e aconchegantes. O café da manhã tem uma seleção incrível. O chef faz as melhores panquecas de chocolate <3 <3 O bar da cobertura é tão bom, eles oferecem ótimas bebidas e música. A área da piscina é realmente incrível e tudo se ilumina à noite! Adoro as lareiras. Fiquei alguns fins de semana e é um ótimo refúgio de fim de semana. Peri se destacou de qualquer um que eu já conheci antes em qualquer hotel. Mal posso esperar para voltar novamente.
From the minute I walked in I was greeted by Peri, and her smile lights up the room. She made sure all my questions and concerns where taken care of. The rooms are very clean and neat. The beds are super clean and cozy. The breakfast has an amazing selection. The chef makes the best chocolate chip pancakes

This is my second time coming to this hotel, and i lovee it so much. It is so clean,The bar is beautiful, the customer service at the bar/restaurant are exceptional. I traveled with my 8 month old baby, and they prepared food for my baby (FOOD OUT OF THE MENU), they went above and beyond and i am so grateful. I recommend this hotel to everyone!! The pool deck is so beautiful as well. This hotel is a 10/10!!

Se você quiser qualquer tipo de relaxamento, NÃO FIQUE AQUI. Há barulho ininterrupto da construção durante todo o dia, e eles têm música alta até depois das 10 nos fins de semana que me mantiveram acordado. As paredes são literalmente finas como papel. Seu menu de comida é terrível, opções muito limitadas e não vale o dinheiro.Depois de ficar por 4 das 6 noites, fui tomar um banho, depois de pedir 3x toalhas que eles nunca trouxeram na noite anterior. Então, depois que eles finalmente trouxeram as toalhas, eles me informaram que não haveria água quente por 3-5 dias e que a tempestade havia quebrado a caldeira na noite anterior. Ninguém me disse que estava quebrado até quase 24 horas depois que quebrou, e eles me ofereceram 30% de desconto pelo restante da minha estadia, o que é uma piada na minha opinião.Eu era um paciente cirúrgico pós-operatório tentando me recuperar lá (o que era quase impossível devido ao barulho) e precisava desesperadamente de um banho quente, então tive que arrumar meu quarto às 21h30 e transportar todas as minhas coisas para um Uber para um hotel diferente na estrada. Tudo sozinha, porque meu marido tinha acabado de voar para casa algumas horas antes.Então a cereja no topo do bolo, meu marido disse a eles que eu iria embora e que por favor processassem, e eu percebi que eles nunca nos verificaram fora do quarto! Então agora estamos lidando com essa dor de cabeça. Eu nunca vou ficar aqui novamente e definitivamente certifique-se de que ninguém que eu conheça também.
Por ser um estabelecimento Hilton fiquei muito insatisfeito com o quarto. Foi-me dito que era um hotel novo, depois de ver a condição do meu quarto, suspeito que era uma reforma. Assim que entramos, notei que o quarto estava quente. Desliguei o ar condicionado, mas não conseguia sentir a brisa. Percebi então que as saídas de ar estavam completamente fechadas. Liguei para a recepção e dentro de um prazo razoável um homem de manutenção muito agradável apareceu. Ele abriu as aberturas e saiu. Mais tarde percebi que o frigobar não estava esfriando as garrafas de água. Liguei novamente e o bom homem da manutenção voltou e fez funcionar. Ele explicou que a geladeira não foi projetada para esfriar muito (Foi um serviço da boca para fora, pois eu tenho uma mini geladeira semelhante que esfria muito bem). O destaque da viagem foi a área da piscina. Apesar de chover, as crianças puderam continuar aproveitando a piscina, pois ela ficava no 6º andar e estava semi coberta. A equipe do bar foi muito simpática e prestativa, embora os preços fossem bastante elevados, dada a área.
Após uma longa estadia prolongada, estou profundamente impressionado e muito grato à equipe do Serena. Eles proporcionaram uma estadia confortável e agradável para mim e minha família durante muitos dias. Mesmo no auge da pandemia, foi um desafio, mas posso apreciar sua segurança e gerenciamento. A cozinha e o pessoal de serviço são muito agradáveis e estão muito ocupados. A comida é ótima. O entretenimento está disponível na cobertura. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis. A piscina é refrescante, e a mesa de pingue-pongue e a mesa de bilhar adicionam um toque divertido. Obrigado equipe Serena!
If you want any sort of relaxation, DO NOT STAY HERE. There is non-stop banging from construction all day, and they have loud music until after 10 on the weekends that kept me up. The walls are literally paper thin. Their food menu is terrible, very limited options and not worth the money at all.After staying for 4 out of 6 nights, I went to take a shower, after asking 3x for towels that they never brought up the night prior. Then after they finally brought the towels, they informed me that there would be no hot water for 3-5 days, and that the storm had broken their boiler the night prior. No one told me it was broken until almost 24 hours after it broke, and they offered me 30% off for the remainder of my stay, which is a joke in my opinion.I was a post-op surgical patient trying to recover there (which was nearly impossible due to the noise) and I desperately needed a warm shower, so I had to pack my room up at 9:30pm and haul all of my stuff to an Uber to a different hotel down the road. All by myself, because my husband had just flown home a few hours prior.Then the icing on the cake, my husband told them I would be leaving and to please process it, and I just realized they never checked us out of the room! So now we are dealing with that headache. I will never stay here again and definitely make sure no one I know does either.
After a lengthy extended stay, I am throughly impressed, and very grateful to the Serena staff. They provided a comfortable and pleasant stay for me and my family over many days. Even through the height of the pandemic—it was challenging, but I can appreciate their safety and management. The kitchen and service staff are very pleasant and are very busy. The food is great. Entertainment is available on the rooftop. The rooms are clean and comfy. The pool is refreshing, and the ping pong table and pool table add a fun twist. Thank you Serena staff!
For being a Hilton property I was very dissatisfied with the room. I was told it was a brand new hotel, after seeing the condition of my room I suspect it was a remodel. As soon as we walked in I noticed the room was warm. I turned down the AC but couldn't feel the breeze. I then realized the AC vents were completely closed. I called front desk and within a reasonable amount of time a very nice maintenance man showed up. He opened up the vents and left. Later on I realized the mini fridge was not cooling the water bottles. I called again and the nice maintenance man came back and got it working. He explained that the fridge was not designed to cool very much (It was lip service as I have a similar mini fridge that cools very well). The highlight of the trip was the pool area. Even though it rained the kids were able to continue enjoying the pool as it was on the 6th floor and was semi covered. The bar staff was very friendly and helpful although the prices were fairly high given the area.
Segunda vez neste hotel. É muito limpo e a equipe é maravilhosa, prestativa e amigável. Os quartos são lindos e espaçosos. O restaurante parece ótimo, mas não consegui provar a comida. A equipe também é muito atenciosa (peço uma xícara de café para viagem;)

Second time at this hotel.It's very clean and the staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The restaurant looks great, but I haven't been able to sample the food.The staff there is also very accommodating (I ask for a to go coffee cup ;)
Firstly let me say the hotel is BEAUTIFUL! I was met with a dilemma, and it was quickly resolved! Major kudos to the front desk staff Tina and Julian, as well as housekeeping staff whose names were Barbara and Eddie. I love the hotel and the atmosphere in there is so calming. Phenomenal job through my entire weekend there! I did not want to leave. They made it so easy to check in and check out
Este hotel está localizado em uma área incompleta. Há construção barulhenta do outro lado da rua e no bairro. Não fique em um nível mais alto, pois o barulho da boate o manterá acordado a noite toda. Meu quarto cheirava a mofo. Meu serviço de quarto foi tacos frios e encharcados que se desfez. O guacamole parecia pré-fabricado. Havia uma máscara suja e usada atrás da mesa de cabeceira. Este lugar é muito caro. Eu tive que pedir uma taça de vinho espumante que eles deveriam me oferecer. Eles não reconheceram meu status de membro Hilton.
This hotel is located in a sketchy area. There is loud construction across the street and in the neighborhood. Do not stay on a higher level as the night club noise will keep you up all night. My room smelled like mildew. My room service was cold and soggy tacos that fell apart. The guacamole looked pre-made. There was a used, dirty mask behind the night table. This place is WAY over priced. I had to ask for a glass of sparkling wine that they are supposed to offer me. They did not acknowledge my status as a Hilton member.

A equipe e serviço ao cliente foram acima e além do padrão neste hotel! As senhoras que trabalham no restaurante do 6º andar sempre foram muito gentis e acolhedoras (a comida também era excepcional). A recepção também foi amigável. Quartos muito limpos e comodidades no local. Eu raramente escrevo comentários, mas a equipe realmente acertou em cheio nessa viagem para mim e me senti obrigado a elogiá-los :)

The staff and customer service were above and beyond standard at this hotel! The ladies working in the 6th floor restaurant were always so kind and welcoming (food was exceptional too). Front desk was friendly as well. Very clean rooms and amenities on site. I rarely write reviews but the staff really nailed this trip for me and I felt obliged to commend them :)

This hotel is clean and beautiful. My experience was great except for the fact that there was NO cold water! Every water source was scorching hot to the point it was impossible to even wash your hands. This made my experience here very disappointing as every other accommodation was spot on.
Hotel perfeito. Novo e muito limpo. Os quartos e banheiros são espaçosos, com tudo o que você precisa. A conexão Wifi é excelente. Além disso, possuem área de piscina, academia e restaurante com uma comida deliciosa. Talvez apenas uma desvantagem é que este hotel fica um pouco longe das principais atrações de Miami, mas alugamos um carro, então não foi um problema para nós. A propósito, o Aventura Mall (talvez o melhor shopping da cidade e da Flórida) fica na mesma área, quase a uma curta caminhada do hotel.
Este é um lindo hotel, mas tem limitações, não oferece as acomodações necessárias para clientes com preocupações médicas. Os quartos não possuem micro-ondas. No bar, pedi um copo de água quente, mas o copo estava meio cheio. Voltei ao bar para pegar mais uma xícara e o cara do bar me pediu para trazer a xícara de volta para enchê-la mais. Isso é ridículo!!! Ele se recusou a me dar outro copo de água quente sem o copo meio cheio! Pagamos muito dinheiro por uma estadia de 3 dias e não merecemos esse tipo de serviço do Hilton Hotel e sou um membro Hilton Honors.🙁
Nós amamos nossa estadia aqui. Todo o lugar era muito moderno e bem decorado. Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas definitivamente vamos tentar voltar.
A área ao redor do hotel é um pouco incompleta, mas espero que isso mude à medida que mais empresas forem sendo construídas na área. O quarto de hotel poderia ter sido muito mais limpo. Para um hotel da coleção Hilton Tapestry, eu tinha maiores expectativas quanto à limpeza do hotel. Os quartos são bonitos. Não tenho certeza sobre a segurança do hotel, mas parece que qualquer pessoa pode acessar os andares do hotel através dos elevadores da garagem de estacionamento sem ter uma chave / chave digital.
This is a beautiful hotel but this hotel has limitations, it doesn’t offer the accommodations needed for customers with medical concerns. The rooms do not have a microwave. At the bar, I asked for a cup of hot water but the cup was half full. Returned to the bar for another cup and the guy at the bar asked me to bring the cup back to fill it more. That’s ridiculous!!! He refused to give me another cup of hot water without the half filled cup! We pay too much money for a 3 day stay and don’t deserve this kind of service from Hilton Hotel and I’m a Hilton Honors Member.🙁
We loved our stay here. The whole place was very modern and beautifully decorated. We only stayed one night, but we'll definitely try to return.
Area around hotel is a little sketchy but hopefully that will be changing as more businesses build in the area. Hotel room could have been much more clean. For a Hilton Tapestry collection hotel I had higher expectations for cleanliness of the hotel. Rooms are cute. Not sure about security of the hotel but it appears that anyone could access the hotel floors via the elevators from the parking garage without having a key/digital key.
Perfect hotel. Brand new and very clean. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious with everything you need. Wifi connection is excellent. Additionally, they have swimming pool area, gym and a restaurant with a delicious food. Maybe only one disadvantage is that this hotel is rather far from the main attractions of Miami, but we rented a car so it was not a problem for us. By the way Aventura Mall (maybe the best mall in the city and in Florida) is situated in the same area, almost walking distance from the hotel.
Tive a melhor experiência durante a minha estadia de 3 noites. Eu utilizei a mesa de sinuca, piscina, bar e restaurante .Tudo era tão bom! Com certeza ficarei novamente na minha próxima visita. Eu amei o cheiro na área do lobby do bar. Gostaria de saber o nome desse perfume! Eu amo isso!
No me gusto la ubicacion a mi.. pero es el area de Aventura y pueden moverse a todos lados de Miami desde ahi. Esta muy acondicionado..nuevo .. hermosas habitaciones y services de primera. TOTAL RECOMENDADO.
Nuevo hotel de la zona de aventura. Muy buena atención. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones espaciosas, bien decoradas y limpias. Podes dejar estacionado el vehículo afuera o pagando $20 dentro. Tienen late check out. Zona de piscina bien equipada. Desayuno pago pero completo (no es buffet). Tienen un roof top muy agradable con buenas vistas y dj. Hay un Amazon locker en el edificio. Muy recomendable.
O hotel é deslumbrante. O cheiro é incrível, os quartos são grandes e era uma área muito segura. Eu sei que assim que a construção ao redor do prédio terminar, este hotel vai ficar ainda melhor. As comodidades eram lindas e eu simplesmente amo a estética por trás deste lugar. Meu único problema é que a equipe da recepção não parece se comunicar bem entre si e nos causou problemas muito pequenos. Tudo certo. Eu recomendaria ficar aqui.
Eu terminei minhas férias aqui e foi incrível. Eu estava com minha sobrinha e o marido dela.Amo que seja um hotel novo, sofisticado e moderno e longe do clima de superlotação de South Beach. A recepção, Claudia, o melhor que você tem.ATUALMENTE: Agora, meu problema é este. Recentemente, minha sobrinha reservou para ficar lá DE NOVO com marido e filho enquanto visitavam minhas irmãs. Veja bem, minha sobrinha mora em Tampa. Ela reservou diretamente e, infelizmente, seus 9 anos. ficou doente .Ela tentou cancelar e foi informada por Michelle (creio que seja o nome dela) que mesmo que seja COVID, não há cancelamentos !!!!!!!!!!! O gerente não atendeu ao telefone, mas continuou dando instruções, dizendo NÃO CANCELAMENTO! Este foi no mínimo uma virada !!!!! Depois de elogiar a todos que conhecemos, se você vai para Miami, deve ficar no SERENA! Felizmente, depois de várias ligações, o atendimento ao cliente de HILTON atendeu bem a sobrinha e o marido. QUE VERGONHA PARA VOCÊ MICHELLE E GERENTE DA SERENA! Estou ansioso para conhecê-lo pessoalmente um dia !!!!PS: Continuarei a recomendar e a visitar independentemente da descortesia!
I ended my vacation here and it was awesome. I was with my niece and her husband.Love that is a new hotel, sophisticated and modern and far away from the overcrowding atmosphere in South Beach. The front desk, Claudia, the very best you have.CURRENTLY: Now, my problem is this. Recently my niece booked to stay there AGAIN with hubby and son while they visited my sisters. Mind you, my niece lives in Tampa. She booked directly, and unfortunately her 9 yr. became ill .She tried to cancel and was told by Michelle (I believe that's her name) that even if its COVID, no cancellations!!!!!!!!!!! The manager wouldn't come to the phone but kept giving directives, saying NO CANCELLATION! This was a turn off to say the least!!!!! After he giving praise to everyone we know of, if your going to Miami, you must stay at the SERENA! Luckily, after several calls, HILTON's Customer service did right by niece and husband. SHAME ON YOU MICHELLE and MANAGER AT THE SERENA! I look forward to meeting you in person one day!!!!PS: I will still recommend and visit regardless of the discourtesy!
The hotel is stunning. It smells amazing, the rooms are large and it was a very safe area. I know that once construction surrounding the building is over with, this hotel is going to be even better. The amenities were gorgeous and I just love the aesthetic behind this place. My one issue is that the front desk team doesn't seem to communicate well with each other and caused us very minor issues. All good. I would recommend staying here.

Had the best experience during my 3 night stay. I utilized the pool table,pool ,bar and restaurant .Everything was so good! I will definitely stay again on my next visit . I loved the smell in the bar lobby area. Wish I could get the name of that scent! I love it!
Hotel novíssimo com decoração moderna e área incrível na cobertura, piscina e bar. O quarto é moderno, limpo e muito confortável. A smart tv pode ser controlada a partir do seu telefone, o AC é silencioso e a cama é incrivelmente confortável. O banheiro é amplo e impecável. Excelente lugar para ficar. Como um bônus, eles acabaram de abrir um bar na cobertura e você pode tomar uma bebida grátis por conta da casa. Eles também têm um lindo deck da piscina no 6º andar, embora as vistas não sejam tão impressionantes por causa da vizinhança
Brand spanking new hotel with up to date decor and awesome rooftop, pool and bar area. The guest room is modern, clean and very comfortable. The smart tv can be controlled from your phone, the AC is silent and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is large and spotless. Excellent place to stay. As a bonus, they just opened a rooftop bar and you get to have one free drink on the house. They also have a gorgeous 6th floor pool deck although the views aren’t as impressive because of the surrounding neighborhood

Não me foi oferecido check-out tardio, embora eu seja um membro HH com status Gold. Disseram-me mais tarde que isso se devia à disponibilidade, quando o hotel estava completamente vazio! I was not offered late checkout, even though I am a Gold status HH member. I was later told this was due to availability when the hotel was completely empty! Also, the parking was poorly communicated, regarding options and pricing. So I had to spend another 60$ that I didn't account for. Now, for some positives, the facilities were incredible! We loved our room, it was very big and very modern. Bed was comfortable. The pool was cold but the pool area was very beautiful and clean. I loved the fitness center! So many weights, clean, and very modern looking. Overall pretty good!
This was one of the best hotel stays I have had & I am a frequent member of the Hilton's honor program. The hotel was nice and conveniently located for my needs, but the staff made it that much better! They were all so nice, friendly and accommodating. I am not one to normally write reviews but I haven't stayed in a hotel where I enjoyed the entire staff like this in awhile; highly recommend.

Adorei minha estadia em Serena. O hotel é espumante novo e os quartos eram limpos, a cama era confortável e dormimos muito bem. A equipe foi amigável e atenciosa. Mas o restaurante, a cobertura e a bela área da piscina roubaram o show. Certamente estaremos de volta ao Serena e agradecemos a todos os funcionários.

It has the potential to be a great hotel but they are new and have a lot of kinks to work out.Pros: beautiful clean room, quiet at night, not busy, the hotel itself is gorgeous with a nice poolCons: $20 a day to park (you can park on the street for free if you prefer), restaurant is overpriced and the food doesn’t match the price, they made us charge everything to our room and wouldn’t let us pay out of pocket for food despite this completely messing up our business expenses, we were told we got $12 off food daily per person for being Hilton members but when it came time to check out the clerk didn’t know how to do it, not a great location unless you’re needing to stay by the hospital, noisy during the day (construction still going on in and outside the hotel), despite it not being busy everyone seemed to be placed on the same floor (by the restaurant and pool), no mini fridge, the service at the restaurant isn’t greatOverall it was beautiful, quiet when time to sleep and clean which is all you really need. I think the price matches what you get. The staff just needs a lot more training.
I loved my stay at Serena. The hotel is sparkling brand new and the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and we slept great. The staff was friendly and attentive. But the restaurant, rooftop, and beautiful pool area stole the show. We will certainly be back at the Serena and thank you to the entire staff.
Excelente y moderno Hotel, recientemente inaugurado, con muy buena ubicación, cerca del Aventura Mall, hermosas instalaciones, habitaciones súper cómodas, todo el personal muy profesional y amable, estuvieron en cada detalle !! El área de la piscina excelente también!! Regresaremos pronto!!
Hotel nuevo, con mucho potencial para crecer y mejorar. Tiene ciertos detalles que pueden mejorar con la correcta guía y supervisión, el talento humano es clave para que este hotel triunfe. Adecuar un servicio de room service, abrir el restaurant hasta más tarde (cierran la cocina 9pm), arreglar los termostatos de los aires, etc... son cosas que parecen pequeñas pero hacen un gran cambio, especialmente cuando quieres llegar a tu hotel a descansar con una sonrisa. Su staff siempre predispuesto a ayudarte mientras esten las cosas a su alcance. Claudia en recepción es sin duda su mejor elemento. No hay nada que ella no solucione, 10/10 para ella. 8/10 para el hotel.
El hotel es nuevo y lindo y las habitaciones cómodas (son de la cadena Hilton y eso garantiza calidad) sin embargo esta ubicado en una zona HORRIBLE, una zona oscura, alejada, rodeada de construcciones. No regresaria.
Mis hijos lo amaron el hotel esta nuevo, el servicio es espectacular, super limpio y un aroma a limpio, su restaurante exquisito.
