It’s not a 3 star hotel. Outdated and screaming for repairs
Negatives:
1- No heaters in the winters. Had to remind reception 3-4 times before I got heaters in all my rooms by the second night. By then one family member had already fallen ill with fever after spending the first night in a cold room.
2- only 1 room had proper hot water. My family had to keep jumping between rooms to take showers.
3- rooms are quite old. Sockets falling off the wall. The dim lamps in the room don’t help with the ancient ook.
Positives :
1- quite Cheap considering they include free breakfast n dinner in the price
2- food was okay
3- centrally located

Not a good experience.
No hot water in the shower, every time I was taking shower with cold water.

Definitely not a 3 star hotel. We tried to check in 1130pm but rooms were not ready which was frustrating as we were tired and had kids with us. No hot was available in the room. Quilt covers were torn at the end and didn't look very clean. I expected more since its supposed to be a 3 star hotel . Very disappointed.
