THe hourly wage workers were the only fair thing. The motel should NOT be under Ramada's name, the owner clearly scams out of town visitors leaving the nice staff to apologize. I felt sorry for nice staff. everything except for the staff. Bathroom door was broken, light bulb out and no new ones, heater weak to not working with freezing temp outside. The owner dare to charge a $250 deposit!!!! What a shame when so many things already brokern???

Very good location close to downtown and ctrain. It was not a hotel. It a motel. Trucks parks just in front of the door. There was no privacy and you had to keep the curtains closed all the time. WiFi was too weak. Had to cancel the next week booking.

When we go to a ramada we expect a great environment and good rooms but we didn't get that in this location
