Pros-Beautiful hotel, great pool staff, loved the key bracelet, room was nice.
Cons- expensive, heavy self-close doors slamming constantly, busy road, ‘oceanfront room’-view of roof, cleaning person knocking on our door at 9:30a and walking in, then again at 10:45a, on a high traffic road so cannot keep sliding doors open due to noise, park in dark parking garage below ground, elevator back ups, beach chairs cost $30/day and if you leave for lunch you lose them.

Where can I say this is a top line luxury resort hotel. I think the price point and again I'm not positive. Was it somewhere around 500 to 700 a night but with a family of three or four with a rooms? The pool location to the beach if it fit your budget I don't think you can go wrong. I walk through the hotel and some of the shops in the hotel. The breakfast area looks really nice with nice comfortable seating. The pool looked clean although many people were in the pool this one day but again the beach is 50 yards across the street. It is close to other businesses and restaurants as well. If you want to get out of the hotel and close by you can use these golf carts. Or shall I say call upon these golf carts which work on tips only to get up and down the street. You just have to get the app on your phone. I plan on staying there the next time I'm in Delray Beach. It seems that if you get the 5-day pass or rental you may have a 30% discount but again don't know if that depends on the time of year or not.

I did not stay at the hotel, however went in for a massage and facial. The view from the spa was gorgeous. If you want an amazing massage I would recommend Giovanni. He was amazing!!!!

When you walk in the whole place pleasantly smells of essential oils . My first impression of the resort was Nicole upon check in. Her warm welcome & genuine efforts during the entire stay are what would make me stay here again. I’m not sure what the busy pattern sneakers are about with the staff. I mentioned to another staff member and they told me they were a part of the uniform. I used to have a pair and they were not comfortable I can’t imagine having to wear them a whole work shift. What I did not like was the night of my Birthday I found a worm in my bed and then when asked for my bedding to be changed it was thrown behind my door in a plastic bag for me to change the bed myself by housekeeping, very rude when you are being charged a daily resort fee & chose this as an option over an air b & b. Not what I really wanted to come back to from my bday dinner. Along with it taking 3 days to receive an extra blanket so I can sleep well the bedding is super thin. I loved the pool area Luis was great. The wipes for your eyeglasses and surprise ice cream bars served mid day were such amazing touches. Along with the way you can go to serenity pool for total privacy on other side of hotel. The pool areas are a 10.

Loved it. Common areas are gorgeous and services e.g. spa, restaurant, bar, front desk were wonderful. Probably the nicest, most accommodating staff I've ever experienced, from Natalie to Nicole to Pablo to Emma and more. The rooms are Kistler basic but the bed very comfy and room spotless. Don't plan to lounge on your balcony. Its tiny. But the staff is so gracious, we didn't care.
