I recently stayed at the de King Boutique Hotel KLCC in the city Centre and it was a great experience. The location was really convenient, right in the middle of everything and a happening place. You can see the twin towers and there are plenty of shopping malls nearby. The room and bathroom were spacious and the air-conditioning was controllable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even when I was staying with my kid. The view from the room was great and there was hot water. There was also a locker and a 7-11 at the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore the city. It's especially good for families as the lobbys are a little dark.

Ming Chun

One of the last great hotels of Kuala Lumpur. I didn't stay here this time. But, the food at the restaurant, nice! Service? It rivals 5 star hotels! There are great people in there. If you have to stay in KL, go there!

Shafiqah Afandi

The most horrible experience and stay! This hotel is not a boutique at all, don’t be fooled by its name and photos online! Toilet tiles were black and mouldy upon checked in and the receptionist claimed that is how the tiles are like. They ask the room service to check and get it cleaned up and off it went! So goes to show the room was not properly cleaned! There were hair and dusts on the floor and corners of the table and side table. Toilet mirrors were has water stained on it, toilet cups and trays were dusty. The windows overlooking the beautiful KLCC was stained, window sills was dirty and dusty with insects and hair, window was definitely zero soundproof! You can literally hear motors and cars zooming by loudly, if you are looking for a good night sleep in this hotel, avoid at all cost! Receptionists are pretty rude and helpless, they appeared to can’t be bothered with complaints and feedback from customer. I went up and down 2-3 times trying to make my complains as there weren’t any directory signs by the phone. I requested a room change and they asked that I pack my bags and wait in the room, they would call to transfer me to another room. I waited for sometime and did not received a call. Went down again to the front desk and ask the receptionists, they had no idea about my request. They spoke to a person in the internal office and gave me a card to a new room immediately, which was also zero soundproof and with hair, stained mirrors etc. Please just avoid at all cost, don’t ever stay in this hotel!

I have the best experience staying at de king boutique, the room, hotel deserved 5 stars .. I have friendly staffs, entertain me when I did my late check in and also helpful staff (didn't manage to get their names). Overall, Definitely I m going to bring friend and my family here. I will come back soon too..

very very near to KLCC. i was upgraded to deluxe king room. the room is very very spacious. i was surprised when i enter the hotel. the only thing i can complain is the smell from bath room. when i enter the room, strong musty smell. after switching on the air con for sometime, everything is good. the aircond is very cold. i will pay another visit to this hotel again.
