Quarto muito bem equipado e confortável. Contendo parte de cozinha com geladeira, microondas e pia. Ótima experiência de estadia, por duas semanas. A localização é ótima, perto da Orlando Eye e International Drive - meio do caminho para a Disney e Universal.

Café da manhã bem cheio o ideal é acordar cedo para não pegar a correria de hóspedes para ir aos parques. O quarto é excelente com sala separada. Todos os dias o frigobar era abastecido com snacks e refrigerantes gratuitos. Cama e banheiro confortáveis.

I recently stayed a few nights at this hotel. I loved it so much, it really felt like home. It's like an efficiency. The rooms have a full sized fridge, stove, microwave, sink, cupboards, and the bedroom is separate from the living/dining area. The breakfast was way better than other hotels I've stayed in. It is also within walking distance to many restaurants and the Orange County convention center. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Orlando.

We had a very comfortable family stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton, in Orlando. We love this hotel is dog friendly, so anyone can travel with their fur babies. The room was clean, and a very comfortable size. The front desk staff was very friendly (except for the lady on shift late night Sunday; she was very condescending and made us feel uncomfortable). My only negative would be that, we had to make 4 separate requests, over the span of two days, for an extra cover for the sofa bed.

Staff are wonderful and really helpful especially on reception. Breakfast is great. Rooms were nice with small kitchenette and seperate bedroom. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is breakfast finishing at 9.30 weekdays and the pool due to its location is only in the sun maybe 10-4pm, sometimes less and jacuzzi didn't work properly, which we had looked forward to.

Our stay was excellent. The staff was attentive and quick to get us checked in. The room was spacious, which is exactly what we needed traveling as a family. Everything was clean, in good working order, and well-kept. The property is tucked in the back behind other Hilton hotels which can make finding it at first a touch confusing, but the location was extremely convenient with tons of food and things to do very close by. I've been searching for a go-to hotel in the Orlando area for years now and have never been able to find it. I believe this property is going to be it. I will definitely stay here again.

This Suite’s location is perfect right on International Dr and everywhere is within walking distance. Bahama Breeze is right next door, along with a plethora of other attractions/restaurants. The breakfast is aces!! Multiple varietal items: yogurt, cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, milk, juices, list goes on. The elevator broke but fixed within half a day. The pool and hot tub are great for summer and hot days. Only bone to pick I have for this place would be to call a day ahead of time for rooming cleaning; this is the only hotel I’ve been in that does that. If people have problems with cleaners knocking on your door for room cleaning and you’re sleeping or don’t wanna be bothered, just put up a ‘do not disturb’ placard, easy solution. Oh well, but the room had ALL the amenities one could need or want. Fully equipped kitchen is a huge plus! Definitely worth staying again in the near future!!

No me gustó había que caminar mucho ya que los elevadores casi ninguno funcionaba. Futton no se podía dormir se sentían los sprines, ni intento de limpiarnos la habitación. Nos cambiaron de cuarto y las camas pequeñas. A penas dormimos bien. Aires acondicionados en la noche no se sentían.

Gostamos muito do hotel. Fomos em 2019 e estava muito legal. O café da tarde que eles ofereceram foi um diferencial. O único problema foi referente a arrumação dos quartos e ao empecilho do banheiro. Mas, prontamente nos trocaram de apartamento.

The concierge was great and was fast with delivering all the items that me and my family needed. Each guest service representative was very friendly and very helpful throughout our stay with everything we needed at any time. I also got the opportunity to speak with there manager who was such a sweet person. If your looking for a good vacation spot with a lot of attractions near such a great place to go.

Rosetta at the Front desk was great!!!! Even on the phone, I called before getting to the hotel to request an early check in, she was really kind, nice and accommodating. Then when I got to the hotel she recognized me and welcomed me, also when I called later to ask some things I wanted to know, she also answered and greeted me again! Service is excellent I would say, you rarely get treated like this in hotels anymore! The only recommendation I have is maintaining the rooms more, the room was very comfortable but it needs some deep cleaning and some paint to be perfect!

La presente es para nuevamente notificar todas las incidencias ocurridas desdeel martes 23 de noviembre al día de hoy (26 de noviembre del 2021). Desde el primer día al día de hoy,he notificado cada incidencia. Soy miembro de Hilton Honors y es la primera vez que he pasado por esta experiencia.Ha sido la peores vacaciones de mi familia y he tenido bastante paciencia y tolerancia he recurido a todas las vías posible para resolver las situaciones, he hablado con varios empleados y Sr. José ( gerente de front desk en una ocasión). Incidentes: 1. Incumplimiento del proceso del covid 19 - Departamento de Salud- toallas tendidas sucias del cliente anterior en el cuarto se solicitaron toallas limpias( sin saber si el cliente anterior tenga cualquier enfermedad y debe de estar desinfectado y limpia la habitación al entregar a huésped. Notificado a empleada. ( tengo foto). 2 . Luz del baño prende y apaga sola.Resuelto por Hotel. 3. Hormigas pequeñas por el cuarto hasta en la cama ' notificado a empleados y gerente de front desk. 4. Por 2 noches y notificado grupos de jóvenes fumando marihuana en nuestro pasillo y el olor entra fuerte a la habitación- notificado a empleados y gerente de front desk. 5. El baño con moho a simple vista (desagradable para una persona en un baño) - notificado a empleado. Nota: tengo fotos . 6. Extractor del baño - sonando bastante fuerte- notificado a empleado. Solo queria unas vacaciones con mi familiade acción de gracias y han sido las peores vacaciones de mi vida.
