Chegamos no hotel e o recepcionista disse que deveríamos pagar uma taxa de resort a mais, que não estava descrita quando reservamos o quarto, pelo booking. Fomos para o quarto a noite e a luz do banheiro não funcionava, e nem o chuveiro ficava quente. Pedimos para trocar de quarto, ele disse que havia um quarto disponível mas não podia nos colocar lá, e chamou a manutenção. Conseguiram ligar a luz e disseram que o chuveiro estava mais quente, mas quando fui ver estava a mesma coisa. Não recomendo.

Não é luxuoso, mas entrega mais do que esperado pelo preço pago. Atendimento imoecavel, cama melhor que de grandes hotéis, só o chuveiro que era muito muito baixo para quem tem 184cm.

Place looks just like the photos. I did a late checking around 11:30pm and the guy at the front was so accommodating. He even got me a free smart water after finding out the vending machine on the property was not working.
I booked a queen size bedroom, the room was spacious enough for one person or two, the bed was extremely comfy and had a microwave.
The only cons are that the bathroom was small. the shower only had glass on half of the shower so it’s easy to get water on the floor. There was no thermostat to adjust your own temp so at some point of the night I had to call them to turn on my ac a bit. I also couldn’t open the windows because room k2 is right by the front door and people can see you as they are walking up to the doorway that opens to the building.
Other than this, I had a great stay. 1 minute to the beach/broadwalk. Safe for a solo traveler.

Very friendly and helpful staff. She even walked us to our room. Was smaller than we are used to getting but Loved the location just steps from the beach. The room was nice clean and comfortable. You don't have A/C control in your room but they had a loaner fan that was all we needed. The taco place at the same location was amazing. Would stay there again.

We had a reservation at this hotel. After getting bumped from our flight we called immediately to notify them we would be a day late. No problem they said, we will hold your room. We arrive the next day and are told they in fact no-showed us, gave away our spot, and are now sold out. Didn't get so much as an "our bad" and was left to pay double last minute elsewhere.

Yo pague &1500 por una habitación separada con bunk beds con cocina como muestra en las fotos pero al llegar me dieron una sola habitación todas las camas juntas una pequeña mesa de 2 sillas la Luz terrible el aire acondicionado es de ventana. Pegado ala cama no deja dormir el ruido , no te hacen limpieza no te dan toallas limpias el parking se tiene que pagar, el servicio de atención es malisimo ,no crean en las fotos de que muestran ellos solo suben fotos de un cuarto modelo en realidad no hay esos cuartos en renta , al final no me dieron reembolso por el cuarto que yo habia rentado ellos solo quieren tu dinero mejor hubiera rentado un hotel regular mas barato y mejor .

Was a little worried reading some of these reviews but was so pleasantly surprised! Was in the “F” buildings and heard 0 noise which is what I was especially worried about. Had no problems getting new towels and toiletries(Which were already in there when we got in), easy check in, clean room, tv and AC worked well. Loved that there was a fridge, and had a blow dryer. Felt really safe with other families staying and the security cameras. And come on.. 2 steps from the beach!! Amazing. Would definitely come back here and happy we have it a shot!!

The room was clean and updated. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. You can’t beat the price for the quality and location to the beach. You shouldn’t expect all the amenities of some of the name brand hotels but I didn’t need them. My only complaints would be that the towels for the shower and for the beach were small and thin. If you are a light sleeper this might not be the place for you as you can hear everything outside and in adjacent rooms. Thankfully the A/C was loud and helped to drown it out.

The hotel was great. Staff was nice. Easy to check in, room very clean, bed comfortable and excellent location. The bathroom was small, but fine for the 2 of us. There was a microwave, fridge, and even real glasses. That was nice as most places only had paper cups where we stayed. Would have given a 5 star review, but the people next store were partying and very noisy and we could hear everything. That said, we could not hear the people on the other side of us at all. This is not a luxury hotel, but great for the price and location.

It's an awesome spot, less than a block from the beach. Very clean. Taco shack and bar attached. As much as I loved this place, I felt dubbed when I was charged a resort fee only on the second night... it's only $11, but come on this is a motel not a resort. The owner said it was because they provide beach provisions, but i didn't use any of that stuff. Soggy noodles not for me

What a great spot!!! I was taken care of immensely. Being a previous guest many times in the past -- they even took care of me by upgrading my room and giving me parking. Again-- I will ONLY stay here! The General Manager Kyle treats you like family -- the staff all care about their guests(this is not a 2star hotel -- a 5star in my mind) this has a cozy hostel feel to it -- like a beach town (everything I was looking for). You will not go wrong here. Book with them directly, you will not be disappointed(avoid the apps and sites because those third party spots overcharge a fee and you're better off paying the source directly -- trust me they'd value your loyalty etc.)This spot is very unassuming -- very down to earth and it feels like you're simply renting an apartment by the beach.

Me gusto mucho la estadía en este hotel,lo recomiendo puesto que se encuentra cerca a la playa, nos sentimos muy a gusto con la atención del señor John en la recepción, estuvo muy atento en colaborarnos con todo, gracias a el tuvimos acceso al parqueadero en el mismo hotel por un precio accequible, tuvimos calidad, atención y comodidad en este lugar, nos quedaríamosnuevamente y también lo recomiendo para pasar con tu familia un fin de semana donde tienes acceso a todo cerca
