Cet hôtel de 4 étoiles est situé au centre ville de Auckland et fut construit en 2006. Il est situé près de Queens Street Shopping et la station la plus proche est Britomart. L'hôtel a une piscine intérieure et un centre de fitness. Les 80 chambres sont équipées de minibar, sèche-cheveux, table et fer à repasser et air conditionné.

Stayed here in February. Had some issues with the air con not working properly a staff member came up to try and fix it but was unsuccessful. We didn’t have a good sleep as the room was very hot and it was to noisy to leave the window open. The main concern I have with this hotel is that I paid when checking out and was given a receipt for this. But then was charged 6 weeks later. They said the first payment did not go through even though I had an accepted receipt. They didn’t tell me they were going to charge me again just put the payment through and sent an invoice. I then checked my bank account to see they had charged me again 6 weeks later. I complained to them they said oops we will do better next time. That isn’t really good enough when they are taking money out of my card whenever they feel like it. They had my permission on checkout not 6 weeks later.. I don’t recommend staying here at all. I am now leaving this to my bank to sort out rather than deal direct with this hotel.

We stayed for one night in Jan. The staff were good. They seemed to always be doing something so they never gave you their full attention. They were still able to handle our requests despite that. The location is great, super close to the ferry and the viaduct. We didn't care for the room. It seemed very dated. It was very spacious which was nice. The bed wasn't very comfortable. We would stay again but look for other options first.

The rooms were very practical and normal amount of wear in places, but otherwise very tidy. The beds are quite firm, but still comfortable. A few servicing issues by housekeeping were quickly remedied by management. I found the location very good, skycity just a 10 minute walk and dowtown about the same. And far enough away to be quiet for a central city hotel.

Loved staying here. Room not airconditioned but staff were quick to bring me a fan to help me sleep, Location central to the hustle & bustle of the centre of town & leisurely walking distance to the myriad of wonderful cafes & bars on the waterfront. TV not working also but the pool & gym were excellent.

We enjoyed our stay here, the location is within walking distance to Queen Street. Hobson Street is a oneway and parking is limited around the hotel. We had a rental and managed to park momentarily in the taxi park whilst we checked in and organised a park beneath the hotel. This park was very secure and could only be accessed by phoning reception to allow a lift down to the basement. The hotel is older but never the less clean and well appointed. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Our room was well priced and I liked the extra touches in the bathroom, we would definitely stay again.
