My first room was a bit small, find it hard when I take shower. The next one was a bit better. Location is very excellent for the room rate they are offering.

One of the bests hotels to stay right in the middle of KLCC. Right next to the best shopping malls, metro, supermarkets and business life in KLCC. Couldn't have chose better than this. Unique design, with an amazing workspace at 1st floor where we can use kitchen utilities and a great environment!

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. When we first checked it, we were given a room which was very smelly. Then the receptionist was kind enough to move us to another room. This room was a bit better but there is still smell in the room. This is what you get for staying in a no-window room.
The pillow was smelly too.
The room is too small for us (only 2 of us are staying). If you bring in something smelly or when you open your shoes (lol…) be ready for the bad odour to linger in the room. I was expecting a mechanical ventilation but none. You have to open your room let the smell out from the room. Even the corridor smells better.
I’m not using this hotel anymore. I chose this hotel because of the good ratings. Perhaps this hotel provided much better accommodation when it was just opened but now things have started to run down.
The iron was good though.

It is a great place to stay as it is literally in the middle of the city (location just between Fahrenheit and Lot 10).
1 -3 mins walk to Pavilion and Bukit Bintang Station; 10 mins walk to Alor Street.
The room is small but it was okay to sleep, bed sheets were quite clean, Aircon was very cold.
The only bad thing is the lock of the bathroom is broken and the showerhead is broken.
There was a blackout, called the receptionist and the problem took around 30 mins to solve.
The people working there were friendly and you can put your luggage in the waiting room when:
1. You arrive too early to check in
2. You are going to shop around the town after check out, waiting for your return flight
Overall it is a satisfying stay
There is a Camera Museum in the 2nd floor for visitors to hang out and you can take your water supply in the same floor too.

Rooms is small, but ok for solo travellers like me. Bedsheet is not very clean, there where 2 dark dots on the blanket and bedsheets that looked like dried up blood. Shower head was faulty but still usable. Service is good.
