The Four Points by Sheraton Downtown is within walking distance from the Dubai Museum, the Spice Souk, Meena Bazaar, Bastakiya quarters, Burjuman shopping mall and the shopping streets of Karama. The hotel offers free shuttle service to Jumeirah Beach Park and various shopping malls. Secretarial services are available in the business centre. Guests can keep fit in the modern gym or relax at the rooftop swimming pool with its pool bar. A variety of international home cooked meals are served throughout the day at any of the 3 restaurants, as well as at the rooftop pool bar & terrace on the 43rd floor.

Had a great 2 nights stay here. Service was excellent. Food is pricey, as is par with this class of hotel. Being a bonvoy member, I got upgraded to a suite room. Location and service from the front desk and restaurant staff was fabulous. Will recommend.

The stay was awesome. The rooms were spacious, very clean and airy. The staff were courteous and the welcoming was warm. The food of the in-house restaurant, though pricey, was fresh and tasty! The amenities and facilities of the hotel were decent. Overall, we had a pleasant stay!

La atención fue correcta, la habitación muy linda, espaciosa, limpia, la cama cómoda al igual que las almohadas. El desayuno no resultó muy variado. Esta ubicado a 4 cuadras del metro lo que permite trasladarse fácilmente.

The hotel has both plus and negative points, more negative in the way our visit ended as we asked the concierge to get a taxi to the Airport, there was a white car sitting outside which had no taxi sign, the concierge stated the trip would be 60Dirhams, which we thought was more expensive than we thought was more expensive that it should be, we took it as we needed to get to the airport, on arrival at airport our driver only wanted cash and because we only had card he demanded 70Dirham instead. Being outside of Europe I was less likely to start arguing the point of the agreed fare of 60Dirhams. For the hotel to allow this behaviour happen is disgraceful, I’m sure I’m not the first person this has happened to as it looked like an arranged procedure with the concierge. Overall tho the hotel is clean and pleasant with a good breakfast choice which is fresh and has very helpful staff. The hotel is a bit off the beaten track, at least 20min walk to nearest Metro line, the rooftop pool is nice. Our room was classic double room, basic enough

A pleasant stay yet again at Four Points by Sheraton. Don't have to look at any other hotel. As my days were fully booked (family trip), couldn't enjoy the amenities at the hotel. Being (Indian) downtown, all I could need was walking distance away, be it Indian restaurants, metros (red and green), or the market area (Meena bazaar). The room was big and had a huge storage area across the room. Front-desk and hotel staff were courteous as usual. The breakfast at the restaurant had multiple options to select from and was decent. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The reception are okay The room is okay as well, I did not like the mattress/pillows/beddings quality, It dose not include slippers or dental care kit. The breakfast area gets very crowded, noisy, and smelly in the morning which was very unpleasant experience. Location is not exactly downtown And near residential towers not exactly tourist area Generally, It’s not bad but not great experience either. I did not try the spa or the gym. Will not go back unless I was really tight on budget

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 9days it was a wonderful experience.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. There was a variety of options for breakfast and it was so delicious. Had an amazing experience.Highly recommend this hotel .

Very neat hotel, staff very receptive and ready to assist with a smile. Good breakfast. I like the fact that they gave me an early check in and special complimentary birthday treat although I came after the birthday. Will definitely come back again to this hotel .

Hotel muito acolhedor. O quarto nao tinha a melhor vista, mas em termos de quarto muito top. Esta bem situado para nos podermos mover de táxi para qualquer citio turístico. E agora gostava de salientar a bela ajuda do senhor TAUHID que nos ajudou muito para nos cituarmos no hotel, ajudou-nos a reservar o táxi e ainda nos ajudou a ligar para a companhia que nos ia levar ao aeroporto.
