This was a huge disappointment.The furnace was very loud and in need of repair. Unfortunately the weather was cold so we had no choice but to use it.Between that, the gym that has its dumbbell rack along a wall common to my room, and being able to hear every door in the building opening and closing- We didn't sleep well.It was so loud and uncomfortable.I've tried to reach out to management there, even emailed and left messages for the GM but I am yet to receive a call back. Really enjoyed my stay there. Close to beach, about 5 minutes walk to water. Room nice and clean. A lot of parking space, parking fee $6 daily. I stayed on top floor, 5th floor, nice view and quiet. No complementary breakfast or snacks, but have a restaurant and Starbucks inside the property.

Não é meu Sheraton favorito. Eu freqüento sheratons, este teve um ótimo serviço, como de costume. As camas são tão confortáveis! No entanto, o ar condicionado era muito alto, o banheiro não funcionava. A suíte júnior não era como o esperado. Teria sido ótimo ter uma visão melhor para o dinheiro. O restaurante neste local específico poderia ser mais do que uma reflexão tardia com menus reduzidos. Sem salada, legumes frescos ou qualquer opção saudável. Concedido, covid mudou uma coisa ou duas, mas eles poderiam ter algumas opções saudáveis. Sério, tem uma salada e uma opção saudável decente para clientes pagantes que querem desfrutar de um coquetel e um pouco de comida. Um simples quac ou hummus ou algo assim 🤷♀️ No entanto, esperava mais de um Sheraton que geralmente supera as expectativas

Uma propriedade fantástica no coração de Cocoa Beach. Os quartos são limpos e bem decorados. Um restaurante muito agradável na propriedade com pratos deliciosos com preços razoáveis. Há também um Starbucks na propriedade, piscina pequena, mas bonita, com enorme cachoeira e muitas lojas também.

Eu não tirei nenhuma foto aqui - desculpe a todos! Esta foi uma parada rápida no Starbucks para um café antes de ir para o porto para um cruzeiro, mas eu AMEI o primeiro andar do hotel. Há uma loja muito arrumada, limpa e enorme com todos os tipos de tudo e qualquer coisa que você precisa na praia, há um enorme aquário no restaurante e o Starbucks que você pode acessar da rua (a pé) ou a 15 minutos Starbucks/shopping/check-in vagas de estacionamento na garagem de entrada ao nível da rua. Café foi ótimo btw, e eu estava maravilhado com a primeira impressão do hotel. Mal posso esperar para ficar lá se alguma vez voltar em Cocoa Beach!

Not my favorite Sheraton.I frequent sheratons, this one had great service as usual.Beds are so comfy! However, the a/c was very loud, toilet did not work.The junior suite was not as expected.Would have been great to have a better view for the money.The restaurant at this particular location could be more than a afterthought with a skimpy menus. No salad, fresh veggies or any healthy options at all.Granted, covid changed a thing or two but they could have some healthy options.Seriously, have a salad and a Decent healthy option for paying customers who want to enjoy a cocktail and some food.A simple quac or hummus or something 🤷♀️Nonetheless expected more from a Sheraton that usually exceeds expectations

A terrific property in the heart of Cocoa Beach. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed. A verynice restaurant on property with delicious dishes reasonably priced. There is also a Starbucks on property, small but beautiful pool with huge waterfall, and lots of shopping as well.

I didn't take any pics while here - sorry all! This was a quick stop at Starbucks for coffee before heading to the port for a cruise, but I LOVED this hotel first floor. There's a very neat, clean, huge store with all kinds of any and everything you would need at the beach, there is a huge aquarium in the restaurant, and the Starbucks which you can access from the street (walking) or from the 15 minute Starbucks/Shopping/Check In parking spaces at the street level entrance garage. Coffee was great btw, and I was i awe of the hotel's first impression. Can't wait to stay there if ever back in Cocoa Beach!

Nós amamos isso aqui! O pessoal é simpático e envolvente, o nosso quarto estava limpo e pronto a tempo, e fica perto da praia! Há uma piscina aquecida e jacuzzi na propriedade de que aproveitamos ao máximo e uma sala de ginástica. O restaurante Shark dentro é conveniente e bom com um bar completo e eles ainda têm um Starbucks no lobby. Há literalmente um milhão de lojas por perto, se você precisar de algo rápido, e estamos perto de estacionamento gratuito na praia e restaurantes incríveis de frutos do mar. Sem dúvida vamos estar de volta em nossas próximas férias.

Se estivéssemos classificando apenas a equipe, teria sido 5 estrelas. Eles foram incríveis. Todos no hotel foram muito gentis e prestativos, especialmente a recepção!Os quartos eram bons, no entanto, a piscina está localizada na garagem de estacionamento. Não é tão bom quanto as fotos mostradas. Abundância de comida e compras a uma curta distância. Ficaria de novo.

We loved it here! The staff is friendly and engaging, our room was clean and ready on time, and it's close to the beach! There's a heated pool and jacuzzi on property that we took full advantage of and an exercise room. The Shark restaurant inside is convenient and good with a full bar and they even have a Starbucks in the lobby. There are literally a million shops near by if you need something quick and we are close to free beach parking and amazing seafood restaurants. We will definitely be back on our next vacation.

If we were rating just the staff it would have been 5 stars. They were awesome. Everyone at the hotel was very kind and helpful, especially the front desk!
The rooms were fine however the pool is located in the parking garage. It is not as nice as the pictures depicted. Plenty of food and shopping in walking distance. Would stay again.
