Also no fridge or microwave in room. Come morning time I went to make coffee. The cup barley filled so I opened the machine and there was a nasty BUG in the machine. I told the front desk and they took $25 off of my room. Cool, left knowing I would never return but no hard feelings. THEN days later they charge me an extra $50!!! What a joke. ICK. my wife and I stayed there from 9/22/22 through 9/26/22 in the handicapped room. on the night I arrived late in the evening(i must use a walker) I was trying to get into the front lobby and a gentleman came out and opened the door for me and took our luggage. I later found out his name was henry OSA and he was a staff member of the hotel. he showed us to our rooms and explained how everything worked and answered all of my questions. the room was very clean and well decorated and comfortable. the heater, air cond., t.v., and wi.fi.all worked well. henry was an exceptionally well-mannered, helpful, articulate, and overall pleasant member of their staff this also applies to daisy, sandra, and others whose name escapes me. my wife and I had absolutely no complaints as other reviews I had read stated and their price was much lower than other hotels in the area. minha esposa e eu ficamos lá de 22/09/22 a 26/09/22 no quarto para deficientes. na noite em que cheguei tarde da noite (devo usar um andador) eu estava tentando entrar no saguão da frente e um cavalheiro saiu e abriu a porta para mim e pegou nossa bagagem. A trip to Minnesota turns out to be the worst nightmare for a parent. Please, if you are a parent and have teenage kids be safe. Two men approached my daughter and niece in the elevator and tried to hold them against their will. This hotel allows people to be drinking in the lobby and parking lots. They don’t provide housekeeping unless you have been staying at the hotel for a week unless requested by the front desk. The parking is dark and unsafe. Hospedado aqui para uma viagem de trabalho. Liguei no dia anterior para pedir um quarto no primeiro andar - eu sei que isso nem sempre pode ser acomodado. Stayed here for a work trip. I called the day before to ask for a 1st floor room - I know this can't always be accommodated. And it wasn't but then I was put on the 4th floor on the other end of the hotel. There's nothing clean about this hotel. One tiny bar of soap, thankfully I bring my own. Stains on the bedding. Ceiling looked as if it would cave at any moment. Shady characters in the parking lot. The pictures online don't come close to what you get.

Es muy reconfortante, el personal que trabaja aquí es muy amable y atento. Tuve que buscar un lugar en donde quedarme por unos días ya que tuve problemas con el truck (soy truck driver) y la verdad no me arrepiento de haber elegido Envision Hotel es muy tranquilo en general todo el ambiente. Tomen en cuenta que en este tiempo supongo por el COVID 19 está cerrado el restaurant y tal vez batalles un poco para conseguir algo para comer. Quiero dar especial mención y gracias a la chica que me atendió en el lobby es supremamente amable y servicial.

Em geral, estadia ok. Quarto era bonito - mas faltava uma quantidade adequada de sabão para lavar as mãos e chuveiro. O vaso sanitário quebrou e a pessoa que veio olhar não sabia o que fazer, então nos disseram que outra pessoa viria para consertá-lo. It's fine. The restaurant was closed and that was disappointing as we had to repack everyone into the cars for dinner. I would have preferred to know that in advance, but during the 20 minute call to make the reservation, it wasn't mentioned.
The rooms are cute, seem newly decorated and clean. The pool was nice and clean, and the main areas of the hotel were nice enough. Everyone working here is friendly and helpful.

We had planned to stay one night but ended up staying one hour. Window was broken with screen falling off, carpet stained with pieces of food (or something else) smashed into it and blood on the bathroom walls. The hallway and our room smelled musty. As we left there was a sewage backup smell in the parking lot.
However, the woman checking us in was pleasant and accommodating.
We would not recommend this hotel. It is listed on priceline as 3.5 stars. We would rate it as a 1 star.
