Excellent place for foreigners to stay for a long or short stay

Great option for those who want to escape the huge all-inclusive resorts. Looks like a family condominium, with a private beach just across the street. The room is very big and spacious with a complete kitchen. The place is close to great restaurants and stores. Surely would book it again if we return to Playa del Carmen. Loved it!!!

Condos are fully furnished, clean, and modern. Filtered water is provided in each house. Some condos have a bbq grille on their balcony perfect for those evenings when you just want to stay in for dinner. Our condo was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, pots and pans and utensils. We also had a laundry room with washer and dryer; balcony had a beautiful view of the beach and evening sunset. Infinity pool was pretty amazing too. Perfect place for long term or short stays. Will definitely be staying here again.

Nice place, friendly people, great location, nice beach club! DO NOT BOOK WITH PLAYA MOMENTS- use Bric or others. (That’s why the low rating) Playa moments concierge (Esteban) was not answering calls or texts, only providing 1 set of keys. Playa moments app never had a response... they did collect money on time. Even 2 hrs late for check out- good thing we had a late flight and were not pressed for time. At the end of the day Playa moments charged an additional $20US and would not reply with details for what... I presume that it was a tip for concierge??? Cleaning services was good and deserved a tip- I left them cash. We rented through VRBO. Originally booked through air bnb but they canceled our reservation.
