Decepcionado com este hotel. No 10º andar, com vista para o porto e a cidade. Disappointed with this hotel.On top floor 10th with harbour and city views.Problem was the windows were filthy so view was hard to admire unless you opened the ranch slider and thenthe front or roadside block of the hotel obscured the view.The toilet also perculated and burpedafter flushing each time which indicated gas issues from back vents from toilets below.The gas odour was very unpleasant. We purchased onsite parking on arrival for the two days of our stay.Unfortunately the hotel either oversold the limited spaces available or others parked their illegally forcing paid guests to pay again to park elsewhere. Hotel bill for two nights amounted to more than $700.00 which does seem a bit expensive.To add insult to injury one of the two main lifts was broken down the entire two days of the vacation. Handy location but property management well below par.

Tivemos problemas com esta placa em toda a linha. Estacionamento pago e não houve vagas, mas cobrado. Ao solicitar o serviço de quarto, demoraria muito para chegar ao ponto em que tivéssemos de sair ou simplesmente não aparecesse. O quarto em que ficamos precisa de uma grande limpeza e atualização. We had trouble with this pla e across the board. Paid for parking and there was no spots but charged. When ordering room service it would ether take to long to the point were we had to leave or just not turn up. The room we stayed in needs a major clean and upgrade. Shower was in my mind dirty. If the view wasn't so good I would rate as a 1

Já esteve aqui duas vezes nos últimos dois meses e sempre recebo uma recepção calorosa e ache-os muito úteis. Os quartos são limpos em alto padrão, com camas e travesseiros confortáveis. Em ambas as ocasiões, a única desvantagem é o serviço de pequeno-almoço. Me he alojado aquí dos veces en los últimos meses y siempre recibo una cálida bienvenida de la recepción y los encuentro muy útiles. Las habitaciones se limpian a un alto nivel con cómodas camas y almohadas. En ambas ocasiones el único inconveniente es el servicio de desayuno. For a superior room,, very disappointed. A car park was not available although we were given a space on Oriental Parade. Had to walk 10 story's to get back to our room. For older people,not an easy walk. WILL NOT, stay here again, unless I was offered far,far, better terms. Not recommended.

Have stayed here twice in the past couple of months and always receive a warm welcome from reception and find them very helpful.
The rooms are cleaned to a high standard with comfortable bed and pillows.
On both occasions the only downside is the breakfast service.
Understandable that during these C-19 times things need to be managed closely but both times have felt rushed to order, eat and move out.

Package through Grab One. Initial delay due to outbreak of covid restriction. Then the reception was flooded so you entered through the back door which wasn't inviting at all. Check in was quick. Room was impressive, especially of the views. Breakfast had to make a reservation due to c19 cares. The breakfast felt rushed by the staff, very quick to expect an order. I had the same breakfast both days and the presentation was different on both days, one was stylised the next day no style. Room was comfortable. Great hot water in shower. Beds felt luxurious.

Honestamente, esperava mais pelo preço. Estávamos no 9º andar e as instruções para chegar ao quarto eram incrivelmente obscuras, os outros hóspedes se sentiram mal por nós e nos ajudaram. Quarto pequeno, varanda minúscula e havia cabelos no chuveiro dos últimos convidados. Não há comodidades básicas fornecidas além de amenidades de banho e 1 travesseiro cada e 1 toalha. Cama é muito confortável e os funcionários foram excelentes.

Estábamos en el noveno piso y las instrucciones para llegar a la habitación eran increíblemente confusas, otros huéspedes se sintieron mal por nosotros y nos ayudaron. Habitación pequeña, balcón diminuto y había pelos en la ducha de los últimos huéspedes. No se proporcionan servicios básicos aparte de artículos de tocador y 1 almohada cada uno y 1 toalla. La cama es muy cómoda y el personal era genial, sin embargo.

Honestly, expected more for the price. We were on the 9th floor and instructions to get to room were incredibly unclear, other guests felt bad for us and helped us. Small room, teeny tiny balcony and there was hair in the shower from the last guests. No basic amenities provided apart from toiletries and 1 pillow each and 1 towel. Bed is very comfy and staff were great however.

In a Northerly wind in which the plane just landed, we were given a north facing room on level 8. The windows coped well ,as did the tiny little radiator, which just about took the chill off the air.Nice sized rooms. Staff not the friendliest. Both warmerrooms and staff at more modest and less known locations. Would not choose to stay here again .

Price point is good. Location brilliant and always as for a sea view. However, a little dated and needs a bit of TLC.
Service is great. Friendly and helpful staff.
Tip get a coffee from Lola's 1 min away to your right as you leave.

Disappointing. No good plunger coffee in the room, no heated towel rail, no robe, TV has very strange settings and it takes time to work it out, but still no news and no movie channels. I did mention that it was for my birthday stay and I didn't expect much, but something nice and tiny would've have made a difference, but no, not even a welcome word from the reception. The staff was not overly interested in the guests either. The view is as great as usual, and another positive was the good cleaning team, but it feels that it's time to start exploring other, hopefully more welcoming hotels in Wellington.
