Meu voo era cedo e eles permitiram que eu fizesse o check-in um pouco mais cedo! ! Cada funcionário que encontrei foi simpático e prestativo!! Os quartos são limpos e eles não têm aquele cheiro velho obsoleto como alguns hotéis! Funcionários muito simpáticos e o motorista do transporte também é muito bom! ! Os quartos são um pouco pequenos, mas aconchegantes e limpos, é o que importa para mim! !

My flight was early and they allowed my to check in little early!! Every employee I have encountered has been curteous friendly and helpful!! The rooms are clean and they do not have that old stale smell like some hotels! Very friendly staff and the shuttle driver is very nice as well!! The rooms are a little small but there cozy and clean that’s what matters to me!!

Minha mãe e eu tivemos que passar a noite por causa de atrasos nas companhias aéreas e conexões perdidas e este lugar era bastante sólido. A equipe foi amigável, eficiente e informativo. Eles nos informaram sobre as opções de comida que estavam a uma curta distância. O quarto estava limpo e dormimos bem. Definitivamente recomendaria se você precisar de um lugar perto do aeroporto. Eles também têm um transporte para o aeroporto que vai de e para o aeroporto LaGuardia e nosso motorista foi muito amigável.

A recepção é muito legal. Os quartos são muito limpos e o serviço de quarto é pontual e cortês. Definitivamente recomendaria. O transporte do aeroporto é muito útil e o motorista é um cavalheiro que me ajuda com minha bagagem quando uma roda quebrou e me ajudou a carregá-las. Ficaria aqui novamente quando voar de LGA. A qualidade em comparação com outros hotéis nas proximidades é incomparável.

My mom and I had to overnight because of airline delays and missed connections and this place was pretty solid. The staff was friendly, efficient and informative. They let us know about the food options that were within walking distance. The room was clean and we slept well. Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere close to the airport. They also have an airport shuttle that goes to and from LaGuardia airport and our driver was very friendly.

Front desk is very nice. Rooms are very clean and room service is timely and courteous. Would definitely recommend. The airport shuttle is very helpful and the driver is a gentleman helping me with my luggage when a wheel broke off and helped me carry them. Would stay here again when flying out of LGA. Quality compared to other hotels in the vicinity is incomparable.

Everything is super clean, but the woman at the front desk is a superstar! Incredibly kind, and accommodating. We flew in for a funeral and needed to change. She bent over backwards to make sure we got a room early and all with such grace and kindness

Eu normalmente não posto comentários, mas eu queria para este hotel porque eu tive uma experiência tão agradável em uma pitada. Passei a maior parte do dia na LGA e eles finalmente cancelaram meu voo e eu precisava de um lugar para ficar dentro do orçamento. A equipe é tão doce, o quarto era pequeno, mas excepcionalmente limpo. A cama era super confortável e as toalhas no banheiro eram tão fofas quanto! As paredes são bem finas e os aviões que sobrevoam são bem barulhentos, mas eu tenho um sono muito pesado, então isso não me incomodou muito. Sou grato por ter encontrado este lugar!

I don't normally post reviews, but I wanted to for this hotel because I had such a lovely experience in a pinch. I spent most of the day at LGA and they finally cancelled my flight and I needed somewhere to stay on a budget. The staff is so so sweet, the room was small but exceptionally clean. The bed was super comfy, and the towels in the bathroom were just as fluffy! The walls are pretty thin and the planes flying over are pretty loud, but I'm a really heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me too much. I'm thankful I found this place!

Eu tive uma estadia bastante decente aqui. Perdi um voo para fora da cidade e tive que pegar o próximo pela manhã, estava apenas procurando um lugar relativamente barato para ficar.Houve um serviço de transporte gratuito de e para o aeroporto que foi muito conveniente. Liguei após a reserva e a pessoa me encaminhou para onde eu poderia encontrar o ônibus, que já estava no aeroporto. O recepcionista do hotel foi educado e eficiente, e meu quarto era quente e confortável. Perfeitamente adequado para minha estadia curta e por estar tão perto do aeroporto, especialmente pelo preço. Não fiquei tempo suficiente para experimentar o café da manhã.Agendei um traslado de volta para o aeroporto pela manhã, mas perto da coleta, a recepção me ligou e me disse que a pessoa do traslado nunca apareceu naquela manhã, então eles me chamaram de táxi, gratuitamente. Eu pensei que era uma maneira muito profissional de lidar com isso.No geral, eu ficaria aqui novamente se eu precisasse de um lugar para dormir durante a noite para pegar um voo cedo.

I had a pretty decent stay here. I missed a flight out of the city and had to catch the next one in the morning I was just looking for a relatively cheap place to stay.
There was a free shuttle to and from the airport which was really convenient. I called in after booking and the person directed me to where I could find the shuttle, which already happened to be at the airport. The front desk clerk at the hotel was polite and efficient, and my room was warm and comfortable. Perfectly adequate for my short stay and for being so close to the airport, especially for the price. I didn't stay long enough to try the breakfast.
I scheduled a shuttle back to the airport in the morning but close to pickup the front desk called me and told me their shuttle person never showed up that morning so they called me a cab instead, free of charge. I thought that was a very professional way of handling it.
Overall I'd stay here again if I needed somewhere to crash overnight to catch an early flight.

Hotel en las inmediaciones del Aeropuerto La Guardia en New York. Habitaciones cómodas, limpias. Buena atención, muy buen desayuno incluido.Accesible.
