This facility is NOT wheelchair accessible. The only wheelchair entrance is LOCKED 24 hours a day. You have to find a security person to let you in and operate the wheelchair lift...which was broken when we arrived. Also, there is NO beach access, only stairs.

I was trying to add photos but don’t know how but anyway I check in 2/15/2020 very nice I was really impressed because all the reviews on google had me worried but I really enjoyed myself....and my condominium was right by the water

Worst customer service. Do not stay here. Staff is horrendous. The valet steals out of your car and the manager Darwin Espinosa is an enabler. They’re rude and unprofessional. Stay here at your own risk.

The staff here is extremely rude. The reception desk and valet is EXTREMELY slow and they do not care about their guests. We rented from and air bnb host, who was so great. He called the hotel to make things right when they couldn’t find our reservation and the staff treated us terribly because of that. The elevators are quick and updated, which was great. The pool closes very early, around 7:30 pm, which was very unfortunate. The pricing is a little ridiculous at the shop in the basement, which is somewhat normal. But overall, the staff and customer service ruined everything about the hotel. We will not be coming back to this hotel.
