Nice and comfy. The small kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. Use google maps to get here especially if you come while it’s dark as it’s not very easy to notice the sign on the street.
Easy checkin, we are still here so I’m not sure about the check out, but I’ll update later.

We had a very pleasant stay at Biz apartments. Our room was clean and equipped with everything we would have need it during our stay. The reception was always very helpful with our requests.

We enjoyed our stay in Stockholm. Good location, big rooms, clean, calm with a small kitchen. I forgot an electronic device and staff helped to send it to my home address.

Horrible experience with staff here.
we were at the restaurant near end of its opening hours, one of the staff nicely let us in and said it's okay, come on. My wife and I walked in, with the impression that the restaurant is gonna let us finish while they pack. so we went in and started to take some food.
10 minutes into meal, the staff came along and reminded us they are closing at 10. fine, so we were finishing up and did not take any more items.
shortly after the first reminder, two other staff were chit chatting behind us with very unfriendly body gesture, and eventually one of them stepped forward and started yelling in Swedish, pointing at the clock and saying we are closed! this is before 10 was reached. she then quickly took my plate away rudely.
now comes the final straw. the last staff came to yell again, we are closed. we were not finished with the food in our plates! there was another two caucasian customers who were also late and finished near 10, but they were greeted with "thank you" without any harsh chasing out.
any normal decent person would have at least let the customer taken his last round of food and finish what he has taken with decency. However, the hotel staff was rude and unsincere when apologizing. don't ever visit this hotel again.
Reception staff was friendly and understanding, however that does not make up for the damage done by the restaurant staff. Horrible, just horrible.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. So comfortable. Clean, quiet. Nice space. Loved the shower. Couldn’t ask for more. Very helpful reception staff.
Really big Breakfast at 5€ Per person. Free laundry.
Slightly out of town, but a regular bus service.
