Um bom hotel localizado no meio da zona pedonal e apenas a alguns metros do porto. O quarto era muito espaçoso. O buffet de café-da-manhã era bom, só que eu teria saudado se você tivesse pães frescos.

Todo se puso muy viejo, las alfombras se mancharon, la transición a la siguiente casa estaba llena de basura, excrementos de pájaros y hojas. El personal de recepción solo habla alemán en un 50%. Habitación oscura, muy antigua, baño empotrado como un armario.

Un bonito hotel situado en medio de la zona peatonal ya solo unos metros del puerto. El cuarto era muy espacioso. El buffet de desayuno era bueno, solo que le habría dado la bienvenida si tuvieras panecillos recién hechos.

Muito esforço é feito no hotel, o pessoal é simpático, o pequeno-almoço delicioso e absolutamente suficiente. Na minha opinião, o café é um desastre, mas esta é uma avaliação subjetiva. Não dá para se dar bem com o serviço que você mora num prédio dos fundos que é absolutamente desatualizado, que o elevador é de 1988, não é ruim se você cuidar de tudo. A escada parece boa até o primeiro andar, então parece um tanto rançosa. O quarto é bom, mas além da banheira não há nenhum conforto real. O banheiro e o aquecimento no quarto eram um desastre. As fotos anexas mostram o molde. Nice é diferente e o preço é totalmente exagerado. Isso precisa ser melhorado. Ao todo, infelizmente, apenas duas estrelas, pois definitivamente há espaço para melhorias ...

Não posso recomendar este hotel. As fotos prometem mais do que o hotel oferece. Foram alojados no Anexo Secreto. Tapete sujo no elevador. Cabelo preto no banheiro e no colchão e o banheiro não foi limpo. Parecia um banheiro público, urina dentro e sob o assento do vaso sanitário, respingos de urina ao redor do vaso sanitário! Simplesmente nojento e caro, 1 noite 139 euros!

Um hotel muito bom, com localização central, com um bom café da manhã e vista para o lago. Gostaria de reservar este hotel novamente em um piscar de olhos. Limpo e praticamente mobilado.

No puedo recomendar este hotel. Las fotos prometen más de lo que ofrece el hotel. Fueron alojados en el Anexo Secreto. Alfombra sucia en el ascensor. El pelo negro en el baño y en el colchón y el inodoro no se limpió. ¡Parecía un baño público, orina encima y debajo del asiento del inodoro, salpicaduras de orina alrededor del inodoro! Simplemente asqueroso y caro, 1 noche 139 euros!

Excellent location. It's a few steps away from the pier. All kinds of restaurants and shops around you. A big supermarket is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Good clean room with enough space. Good breakfast. It was a pleasant 11 day business stay.

Good service, awesome breakfast. Value for money. Location is fantastic. Near the waterfront restaurants, 5 minutes from the bus station and 15 minutes from the main bus/train station.

Execellent location, steps away from ferry terminal and lakefront. Many restaurants and shops around, a nice walk- almost a behicle free zone. Property is very clean and tidy, staff very generous. Improvements expected - room lighting very dark. Bathroom with big window but no curtains. No elevator available.

Perfect. The hotel is in the center of the town, split into two parts on the main street. The rooms furniture is new and modern. The room for the breakfast and reception are situated in the second building across the street. The staff is very supportive, the food is very good. Thanks!

The room was quiet and it's in a good location, however we were put in rooms that were 1 star rooms and paid 4 star prices. Carpet was dirty and worn out, the walls were in poor condition, furniture was aged well. The bed was clean and mostly comfortable at least. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Some rooms have been updated, so you might get a good room staying here, but the room I was in was not worth the price paid.

I stayed here on a business trip. Location was good, reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel seems to be split in two - the main hotel where the reception is and another building out the back and across the street.
The entrance to this second building smelled really bad and it was all through the stairwell too. The corridor where the rooms were was ok.
I thought the rooms were tired, dated and in dire need of renovation but the bed was comfortable and enough towels were provided.
My room was first floor and looked out on to the main street and I thought the curtains were too thin for privacy. Luckily there was some outer blinds but the mechanism for these was a bit broken and difficult to use.
Breakfast was simple but nice and check out was easy.
Since this was booked through an agency, I have no idea what I paid for it.

Habitación anticuada, en otro edificio, para acceder había que salir de nuevo a la calle. La calefacción no funcionaba bien y fuera hacia 7 grados bajo cero. Baño normal. No hablan inglés, solo alemán. Desayuno normal. Lo mejor, la situación, al lado de la estación y del ferry. Muy céntrico. Desde luego, las cuatro estrellas se quedan muy largas.

The good - Location is fantastic. The OK - No hotel parking - you have to drag your luggage to the rooms from the parking garage. The hotel has two separate buildings, and we ended up in the one behind the reception. The room was big and comfortable, the design was very modern and we slept well except for the noise of the people outside in the shopping area. The staff was somewhat grudging about almost everything I asked, and in two days of preparation for the trip, I never managed to get the front desk on the phone.... The bad - The room was too hot with no way of cooling without all the windows open. Water pressure in the shower was marginal and noise in the hall was quite bothersome at times.I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay downtown on the promenade. The location is awesome, my issues were mostly annoyances but they bothered our party.
