Pisos super limpos. Eles passaram no teste da meia branca, ou seja, antes dos pequenos irem à piscina! O serviço de quarto tem opções de cardápio saborosas e são rápidos e super simpáticos! Tivemos um primeiro quarto de nível que tem acesso directo à piscina com chave de cartão e uma fogueira a gás! Eles têm recursos de filmes e várias piscinas, toboágua, etc. Isso é definitivamente familiar e tem uma verdadeira sensação de resort. Obrigado pela hospitalidade!

The rooms are a bit dated and in need of some maintenance and upkeep, maybe a good TLC to make them modernized. They consider it a resort because of the restaurant and pool, but I figure it's similar to an embassy suites with a conference center and more than one restaurant. Overall, the grounds are very pretty and the staff was extremely friendly. You have easy access to a lot of things to do and you're in a decent location to the beaches. Didn't take many photos this trip, but here is a duck going for a morning swim

Where do we start, we arrived June 15 2022, and are intended to check out on Saturday June 18. Three nights. When first entering our room we smelled a weird smell, like something going bad. Their was a ridiculous amount of mosquitoes in the room. So all night we got bit, and we’re unable to sleep. We woke up and found that we were unable to go outside and enjoy our fire pit and balcony because they decided to paint it while we were here and they put caution tape in front of our door. After this we swam, and did the usual vacation activities. Finally getting back to the room glancing at the mirror we saw Liquor bottles behind the flat iron. We don’t drink, and we never have. One being open and the other closed. And a Diet Pepsi bottle. Also we asked for water bottles for three times and we’re told three separate times we were gonna get them just for them not to come. We went up to the front desk with all these troubles. They didn’t offer not as much as an apology. All they offered was to be able to come and take the liquor bottles. So we obliged and thanked them. When they took out the bottles, there was a ton more mosquitoes that came out. We found it too be too much. So we called and spoke to the manager. A lady. We forgot her name. We said our grievance and asked that we be compensated or upgraded for our discomfort. She proved to be more argumentative then helpful. She said that all rooms have mosquitoes. She refused to compensate us whatsoever, she said the best we can do is move the rooms and we did that. Shocker, the new room, just one door down has a normal smell and no mosquitoes. The front desk was more often then not rude. But I will say everything else was pretty fun, pool was good, food at tappers wasn’t the best but was good. Service everywhere else exempt from the hotel staff was good. We’d love to come back if we just had these issues resolved

We only stayed a night but every person we encountered was so friendly and gracious. From the front desk to the housekeeping. The place was impeccably clean and organized. Amenities were plentiful and really liked our room. We had a private fire pit on our patio beside an entirely separate pool! We got late checkout and they encouraged us to stay by the pool, even after we checked out of the room. This is our spot in San Diego now for sure. During the week it looked like there might be some substantial local construction.

Super clean floors. They passed the white sock test, that is, before the kiddos went poolside! Room service has tasty menu options and are quick and super friendly! We had a first level room which has direct pool access with card key and a gas fire pit! They have movie features and several pools, water slide, etc. This is definitely family friendly and has a true resort feel. Thank you for the hospitality!

We always pass by it and never considered it. But it was definitely a great experience. The whole place seems recently renovated and the pool area was awesome. The monkey bar is dope and the fire pits make for great atmosphere. The only thing I'd recommend is improving the bathrooms in the rooms. They are old and have semi working fixtures.

They gave us a small room and it had an ant infestation. No hair dryer included like they usually have. Parking is extra $25 per night! You still have to pay resort fees and then none of the ice or water machines worked you had to show up to the bar for anything. Walls are thin and then I feel like the isolate third party reservations in outside rooms instead of their big rooms in their actual hotel . Overall I don’t want to stay here again.

Stayed here for a conference. Our room had a broken bathroom door and it was extremely inconvenient. From the condition of it, it was pretty clear that the staff was aware and still chose to accommodate guests in this room instead of fixing. It didn't look like something that broke just before we entered. Despite several complaints, we were offered to be moved to a new room only on the last day of our stay. I appreciate that they offered but at that point it wasn't worth it to move all our stuff just for 1 night, considering we had a flight super early the next morning. Most of the staff are pretty rude and not well trained. They only provided 2 bottles of water and nothing else for 4 days for 2 guests. When asked, their behavior was as if even the 2 bottles were a favor and asked us to get water from the bar or some other place. Paying $200-250 per night and being denied water is pretty ridiculous and should be illegal. If you can't afford giving us packaged water, at least have some courtesy to keep a water dispenser and not have us beg for a cup of water at the bar each time. For any other services I requested, most of the time the staff answered a straight up No with absolutely zero intent to help. For example, I had an early morning flight so I requested if I could settle my bill previous night, the staff just simply ignored. Similarly, when requested to put my name on my receipt, the staff couldn't even do this simple task. I had to reach out to other people for basic facilities. Chris on the front desk was the only person to help me out and was courteous. Food at the restaurant and bar are below average & expensive. I would never stay here again and wouldn't recommend anyone. The pool & the location are the only somewhat acceptable things here. Rooms are nothing great. Appreciate the good quality coffee in the room, air conditioning, adequate toiletries, & the housekeeping service, once in 4 days (which seems a normal excuse everywhere these days with covid & staff shortage). You can stay at cheaper & premium places right across the street. So please don't waste your money here.

Apenas hospedado 2 noites no fim de semana e teve um maravilhoso. Mission Valley é um local muito central de San Diego, com fácil acesso a todas as rodovias em todas as direções. Somos uma família de 5 pessoas com filhas de 8, 6 e 5 anos de idade, portanto, é bom receber crianças e a Town & Country acertou em cheio. A atmosfera do resort é forte, com grandes paisagens tropicais, grande piscina, grande banheira de hidromassagem, toboágua, piscina infantil e lugares sentados com mesas de fogo em todo o lugar para noites frias. A piscina é aquecida e confortável, mesmo para o fim de semana chuvoso frio que tivemos. Sexta à noite eles comeram s'mores na piscina e sábado à noite eles jogaram um filme ao lado da piscina em uma grande tela de projeção. O estacionamento era gratuito e não havia taxa de resort (enormes vantagens). Há também um mercado, bar e restaurante no local. Tivemos um tempo maravilhoso e este será o nosso novo local familiar para escapadelas de San Diego.

Terrible customer service. Front desk literally charged me a bunch of hidden fees. When i tried to ask them why are there all these hidden fees?? they threatened to cancel my reservation KNOWING it was late and my reservation was non refundable. Basically they were like screw him, we got our money.
$25 parking fee that was never disclosed and $40 hidden fee that ALSO wasn’t disclosed.
They were so rude, they changed the incidental fee and increased it just to get me to cancel my reservation. Definitely not coming back. Same price as the Marriott but at least at the Marriott these prices are disclosed in advance. Also better customer service at the Marriott hands down.

Just stayed 2 nights over the weekend and had an amazing time. Mission valley is a very central location of San Diego with easy access to all freeways in all directions. We are a family of 5 with daughters aged 8, 6 and 5 so kid friendly is a must and Town & Country nailed it. The resort atmosphere is strong, with great tropical landscapes, large swimming pool, large hot tub, water slide, baby pool and ample seating with fire tables all over the place for chilly nights. The pool is heated and comfortable even for the chilly rainy weekend we had. Friday night they had s'mores by the pool and Saturday night they played a movie poolside on a large projector screen. Parking was free and there was no resort fee (huge pluses). There is also a market, bar and restaurant on site. We had an amazing time and this will be our new family spot for San Diego getaways.

Great stay here. The remodel is gorgeous and the staff was so nice and very attentive. I stayed in the main tower with my two daughters (ages 14 and 6) and we felt very safe and well cared for. Though the weather was chilly the pools were nicely heated and the hot tub is a great size. Was a wonderful staycation.

My mom stayed here and she loved the experience. She loved how roomy the room was and the views from her room. She loved the pool and hot tub and how convenient the pool towels were and she really liked that there were pool cabanas and the spaciousness of them. The staff were super friendly. She was very pleased with the entire experience.

Nice place, clean, well maintained, very big. Food in the Terrence restaurant there is different for me, but was exceptionally go, gotta try the honey braised brussle spouts yum!! Staff was pleasant. They do have security, but should probably have more cameras in the Regency tower, a friend was attacked returning to his room 😣

Town and Country está localizado junto al freeway 8 en Fashion Valley. Los edificios se ven viejos y en necesidad de reparos. Los cuartos para juntas tenían alfombras muy viejas y las sillas más incómodas. No creo que iría a otra función en Town and Country si se ofrece.

Lugar bastante viejo y anticuado le urge una remodelacion o reconstrucción total, bien ubicado, cerca de prácticamente todos los atractivos de San Diego. Cuartos pequeños y se ven un poco sucios o desgastados y la frecuencia de la limpieza debería mejorar. La verdad hay mejores opciones en el área y por el mismo precio o hasta más barato. Atractivo : el campo de golf cercano y las albercas. Lo malo : un cargo por servicio y que cobran el estacionamiento.

El lugar se mira que lo han remodeledo Aunque le faltan mucho más para areglar. El estacionamiento debe de ser gratis para los huéspedes tal como cobran el Resort Fee. No encontré el secador de pelo. Pero todo lo demás fue una maravilla. La verdad es que me gustó mucho y regresaré

Nos quedamos en los Royal Palms tower que acaban de remodelar. Un cambio bien lindo con un estilo moderno pero retro al mismo tiempo. El elevador es muy despacio especialmente cuando hay tanta gente hospedada.
