Every where you walked they would greet you.I thoroughly enjoyed my massage with Stella. She was so attentive and made sure that she wasn’t applying too much pressure on my body. She asked various questions before the massage to make sure she use the correct oils, afterwards she made me a couple of tea to rewind. Reservei um pacote de chá da tarde e spa para o meu aniversário. Eu tive o dia mais relaxante e uma experiência fantástica.A propriedade em geral era tão moderna, elegante e incrivelmente limpa. As comodidades e a área de spa eram luxuosas. A piscina estava na temperatura correta e a banheira de hidromassagem foi incrível.A equipe forneceu o melhor serviço, eles foram muito simpáticos e profissionais. Em todos os lugares que você andava, eles o cumprimentavam.Gostei muito da minha massagem com Stella. Ela foi tão atenciosa e se certificou de que não estava aplicando muita pressão no meu corpo. Honestly the beds are the BEST part of the hotel.. so incredibly comfortable. Only downside is that there is no mini bar but you do have a fridge. I didn't see any breakfast tea in our room 😩. Also the bathroom didn't have the usual mini set of cotton wool/buds, shower cap etc. The staff are so warm and friendly. Even when you walk past them in the hall way, they all said hello/good morning. The spa is the amazing! Pool wasn't too cold and the whirlpool was perfect. Steam room is also a must. Changing rooms were sooo clean Honestamente, as camas são a MELHOR parte do hotel.. tão incrivelmente confortável. A única desvantagem é que não há mini-bar, mas você tem uma geladeira. Eu não vi nenhum chá de café da manhã em nosso quarto 😩. Também o banheiro não tinha o mini-conjunto habitual de algodão/botões, touca de banho etc. A equipe é tão calorosa e amigável. Mesmo quando você passa por eles no corredor, todos dizem olá/bom dia. O spa é o incrível! Piscina não estava muito fria e a banheira de hidromassagem era perfeita. A sauna a vapor também é imperdível. Os vestiários eram tão limpos

No vi ningún té de desayuno en nuestra habitación 😩. Además, el baño no tenía el mini juego habitual de algodón/brotes, gorro de ducha, etc. El personal es muy cálido y amable. Incluso cuando pasas junto a ellos en el pasillo, todos te saludan/buenos días. ¡El spa es increíble! La piscina no estaba demasiado fría y el jacuzzi era perfecto. La sala de vapor también es imprescindible. Los vestuarios estaban tan limpios

The room was quite big for London and I loved the bathroom. I also enjoyed the wireless charging alarm clock - lovely touch! The bathroom amenities smelled gorgeous. The only downside of the room I found was the pillows on the bed weren’t firm but that’s just my preference. I would stay here again. Fiquei aqui pela primeira vez e adorei! O hotel é muito moderno e a área da recepção é elegante e opulenta. A equipe foi muito simpática e eu adoro o cheiro do novo hotel! O quarto era bastante grande para Londres e adorei o banheiro. Eu também gostei do despertador de carregamento sem fio - toque adorável! As amenidades de banho cheiravam lindamente. A única desvantagem do quarto que encontrei foi que os travesseiros da cama não eram firmes, mas essa é apenas a minha preferência. Eu ficaria aqui novamente.

We were upgraded to a Luxury room, which was very spacious. I especially liked the USB plugs on the night stand (perfect for international travelers), and the light switches next to the bed. The bathroom and amenities were luxurious. Staff at this hotel were all excellent, very professional, friendly, and personal. When passing by the front desk one morning, I was surprised to hear a staff member greet me by Mr. Garcia - how did they know my name? I didn't request room service intentionally, but someone called just to check that we had everything we needed. This level of attention to detail sets this hotel apart. The Club Lounge is also really nice, very large and spacious, with a nice selection of beverages and snacks. Breakfast in the restaurant is absolutely AMAZING, and the buffet selection is extensive. This hotel is also in a perfect location, walking distance to major attractions along the River Thames. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
