This hotel 🏨 is spectacular. The location does not get any better. It’s DIRECTLY across the street from the Bal Harbour Shops. The beach is pristine, and the St. Regis associates attending the beach 🏖 🏝 were exceptional. It’s located on Collins Avenue in the adjacent to the Trump International, Porsche Design, Ritz-Carlton Residences and Armani Casa buildings in Miami

This hotel has gone down hill!!! Do not stay here. The carpets are filthy, towels were dirty, outdoor furniture was stained, air conditioner barely worked and I can go on. This is not a 5 star hotel! It used To be but it’s gone downhill!! Manager doesn’t even call back in regards to the issues we had. Not sure how he runs this property when he sees the reviews and doesn’t do anything about it all he says is thank you for visiting and we will address it with the proper team. So if you address it why does it keep happening ??? He should be ashamed of himself for letting this property get like this!!For 1000$ A night save your money and go elsewhere. We checked out early, and checked into a better 5 star hotel a few steps away. People are paying top dollar and getting bad service and dirty rooms. Not a place I would ever come back to. Avoid at all costs

The St.Regis Bal Harbour is truly worth a visit, the hotel is perfect. The interior design is by far the most luxury compare to the other location around. The service is very good and make people want to stay longer. The valet responded very quickly, the breakfast definitely a plus. Will come back.

Excellent hotel and location. One of the best in the area. The Food needs to be a little better (not as good as it once was). Also I don’t like to be rushed while checking out. I had received a notice under my door the night before, stating that I must be out by 11 or I would be charged a fee. This is not a good way to treat your regular guests. Especially given that I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and spent tens of thousands of dollars. Why rush one of your regulars out? Other than that, this great place, I’ll be back soon.

Perfect! My sister really likes to stay at this hotel since we were kids. She deeply loves the atmosphere and the great interior all over the place. Their food was incredibly great and terrific! I am very happy that there was still a great hotel that treasures its customers. A reputable and famous hotel to stay with. You will never be disappointed for sure. Thanks!

Very beautiful grounds and hotel. The rooms are well appointed and feel like new. The balconies overlooking the ocean are really amazing and contributed a lot to our enjoyment of our room. Great room service. The pools and beach access were great. Super helpful staff. Great proximity to Bal Harbour Shops and Surfside shops.

We couldn't made a better choice for a few day getaway. Kudos to Michael, the front desk manager who was unbelievably courteous, going out his way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Any issues were resolved quickly in a professional manner. Thanks as well to the wonderful staff. We will definitely be coming back here and give the highest recommendations.

One of if not the best hotel we have stayed at. Elegance, classy, modern. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. First class resort here.

Wow, what a wonderful hotel. From the moment you check in they are so courteous and accommodating. We asked for an upgrade and they gave us a beautiful room in the 11th floor. What a view from the large balcony. The decor was modern with a touch of antique. The tub was so delightful. Since there was a storm, they deducted the resort fee. That was very nice of them. Will definitely come back again.

I wish I could give the St Regis 0 STARS!!!! I stayed at the St Regis during my birthday weekend and it was a great stay until we checked out. Two designer shopping bags were left after the bells man came and assisted with carrying our items to the car. After I reached home and started unpacking the next morning I realized I was missing the two bags I called immediately and was informed that the bags were retrieved from the room. When I came back to St Regis to get my my bags the security officer brought them to me while I waited in the car. Prior to him leaving I checked my bags and one of my designer handbags with the dusk bag was missing from its designated box. I packed all my belongings and placed them in their respective boxes and bags. So of course I was floored when my designer bag was not in its box with the dusk bag which I never removed from the box in the first place. I made a report and after was informed by security that an investigation would be done. The following day I contacted security again and was informed that the bag was still not found. I again spoke to security the following day informed him that I would be filing a police report, which I did. I finally spoke to someone from the claim department and was told that there was nothing they can do. I am extremely dissatisfied with St Regis and I hope no other guest go through this turmoil.
