American Airlines sent us to the Sheraton after we missed our flight. Check in was easy and the bartender, who was extremely busy, made sure that we got food and drinks even though they were about to close. Overall it was a great group effort from the hotel staff. Thank You!

We got the shuttle to and from the airport. Rooms were nice and big. Beds and pillows comfy. The pool and hot tub were closed. Good breakfast buffet, 20 per person. The gym was a normal hotel gym. It was worth it. It's about 20 min from anywhere.

Great bartender but expensive drinks. Shuttle to airport was it great. Shuttle back from a airport was frustrating. Although the driver was very kind and helpful. I'm very economical to leave vehicle at the hotel. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.

Outstanding FOH staff, great size rooms and amenities. Restaurant/Bar food fresh and plentiful and flavorful. Bartenders are friendly and attentive. Stayed 4x in 2 months and have never been disappointed!!

Great, clean hotel. The only complaint I have is that you have to use your key card to get to your floor and at least one of the elevators doesn't have a sign telling you that! It would be super helpful if they let you know during check in. I thought the elevator was broken. I felt dumb until I had to explain it to multiple other guests who also thought it was broken. Rooms are great. Pool area looked really nice but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. Location was out of the way of the busy areas of time. Next to a gas station.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any hotel. They compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I'm sure! The one complaint was the fifth floor smelled like cigarette smoke. I mentioned this to front desk and they promptly moved me to another floor which was much better. Nice, clean room. Dining open till midnight.

This place is Phenomenal. The entire staff is Awesome, the rooms are Magnificent, room service is great establishment is very well maintained inside and out exceptionally clean. Love this place most definitely will return for another visit.❤

The Winsome Life Project

We were put up here by the airline when our flight was cancelled. Shuttle was easy. Front desk agents were very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Small restaurant/bar had good service. We got the sliders. There were four of them and they were cooked perfectly.

This hotel I definitely deserves for stars because because from the start when I checked in this space was amazing the people that worked in there were so helpful and wonderful and polite there was one lady in there I did not know her name but I wish I did because I would like to give her a big thumbs-up she was very helpful to me and she also called text a taxi for me so that I can go to Walmart yes the staff was so polite I ran out for dinner there and the food was actually I had one problem and that was a order that appetizer in Amman course and then Nevada came he bought everything one time so that meant that the main course was cold by the time that I got to it. I will suggest anyone going to Charlotte that they need to stop to Sheraton Airport Hotel because this place is marvelous
