Lugar maravilhoso!! Tem piscinas, piscinas aquecidas, lago, chafariz... muito agradável e lindo! Limpeza éótima! As acomodações são grandes parece uma casa! Cozinha grande, bem equipada com fogão, forno, microondas,geladeira, armários! Quartos amplos, tem a opção até de banheira! Sala grande com sofá cama! Acomoda mais de uma família tranquilamente! Atendimento dos profissionais é ótimo! Educados e prestativos! Bem localizado, Próximo ao Walmart, Targete as principais vias de acesso aos parques e outlet

Boa acomodação... próximo das principais atrações. O hotel tem grande área, com diversas edificações com 3 andares, onde se encontram quartos com 2 e 3 dormitórios, com cozinhas completas. Há duas áreas de piscina para uso comum e estacionamento gratuito. Não há café incluído e o hotel tem bom atendimento. Amenidades, no quarto, precisam ser requisitadas à portaria, uma vez que não há limpeza diária incluída no custo da hospedagem.

Very spacious with large master bedroom with large en suite with walk in shower and bath. Large living area with open plan kitchen. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, microwave, sink. And then you have a twin room with their own ensuite, with bath/shower head and sink. Also washing machine and dryer.
Great place would definitely recommend and would use again.

We really enjoyed our stay here, while visiting the theme parks for a week. It's essentially an apartment with everything you need. The fully stocked kitchen was the best part. The grounds are well kept, it was always peacefully quiet, and there are activities every day. We chose to just relax in our rental, after a long day at the parks.
Will definitely return!

We were very happy with the accommodations and pleasantly surprised with the very reasonable price. (One warning for the building we stayed in: we were on the second floor, and there was no elevator.) I'm quite sure we could have had a ground floor unit if needed. The 2 bedroom unit was updated, very spacious, and clean. We were there just before the Memorial weekend and the entire complex was very quiet. Parking was plentiful. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We had a problem within a few minutes of entering the unit, and called the front desk. Within 5 minutes maintenance was there to take care of the problem.
It is a five minute drive to the entrance road to Disney World, and there are many restaurants close by. We would definitely stay there again.

Es el mejor lugar para hospedarse, muy cómodo, muy limpio, con alberca de agua caliente, los horarios de la albercason muy buenos y la ubicación es excelente, cerca de walmart, Publix, lugares para ir a comer o cenar, de todos los hospedajes que hemos visitado en Orlando es el mejor, el personal es excelente, es la cuarta vez que lo visitamos y seguiremos yendo muchas más, además el precio es muy bueno. Muy recomendable

Excelente hotel para quem vai a Disney, pertinho do complexo de parques, perto de várias facilidades de Kissimmee. Os apartamentos possuem 2 quartos (suítes), bem equipados e super limpos. Pessoal da recepção super amigável.varioa lagartos e esquilos pela propriedade. Playground, piscina e spa excelentes.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. Our 2 bedroom unit was huge, and very clean. The entire complex was very quiet, the pool was perfect and parking no matter what time we pulled in day or night, was not an issue. Plus, everyone we dealt with was genuinely happy to help. Definitely will return here!

The Resort Is Absolutely Beautiful. It gives the whole Polynesian/Hawaiian/Tropical Feel. The rooms are spacious and clean. House keeping was very attentive. It’s a 15-20 Minute drive to the parks (Disney, Universal, etc..) and around plenty of restaurants, stores and outlet malls. They also offer daily activities for children. Now here’s where the 1 star lost comes in. I absolutely hated the shower heads here. They were awful. The water came out hard but spaced apart (if that makes sense) I guess it’s one of those water saver heads 🤷♀️ But they do have large deep soaking tubs. The pools are kinda small and there are older folks that sit around all day EVERYDAY and think they own the place. When other guest come to swim, they look puzzled or irritated, but that didn’t stop no one else from enjoying the pools. So in all it is a beautiful CLEAN resort. I felt as if I was out of country! I definitely will visit again!

So here’s the pros and cons-
Pros- the location is great, the room was immaculate, spacious, and very well stocked. The hot tubs were wonderful, the pools were ordinary but functional. It’s a very pretty place. The “welcome home” was cute, check in and out was fast. Everyone was polite. The playground was nice.
Cons- showering is pretty much impossible, the tiny bit of hot water that comes out is gone within five minutes. There was no master bathtub even though they were in the pics, which is one of the main reasons we stay at resorts like this. Not that it mattered without hot water…. Also the resort put a ridiculous amount of shuffle board courts. Why? Who plays that much shuffle board??
Nice place, won’t return though because my smelly family needs to shower. 🙈

Everything about this place is wonderful.The staff is super friendly and want you to feel like you are at home.Rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything needed to cook, or order in from many local food delivery.Pool was clean and friendly.15-20 minute drive to most major attractions.I highly recommend this and will book this place if ever back in the Orlando area.

Not what it once was, but still nice.Very relaxed and quiet.A huge number of Retirees hanging out at the pool and hot tub, but that didn't stop us from using them.Phase IV is better for younger people, it has a nicer pool.Pool is cold, even though it says it is heated.Most rooms are small fully furnished condos.

Great find! We loved staying here! We will start with the only con.... this is a timeshare place so after checking in you are sent to someone to try and get to to go to a presentation, usually a no thank you will do but in this case we had to say it about 5 times before literally saying it for the last time and just walk out. Now for the pros..... Normal check in is very nice, extremely friendly and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care off. We had a 1 bedroom and it was HUGE!!! Very clean and has everything you need. We will definitely be back and plan to book again for February 2023.

Exelente lugar, las instalaciones impecable, los departamentos un lujo, muy bien equipados, lavaropa, lavavajillas, cocina, heladera, microondas, licuadora, tostadora, ert. Los habitantes son muy grandes, no le falta nada de nada. Cuenta con 2 patas grande y hidromasajes con agua climatizada. Como sugerencia me gustaría que es servicio de limpieza sea a pedido del huésped. Lo recomiendo 100%

Excelente lugar. La limpieza de las unidades es excelente. Están totalmente equipadas para una estadía como en tu hogar. El resort cuenta con dos piscinas climatizadas, gimnasio, 5 jacuzzis, dos canchas de tenis de cemento, instalaciones de barbacoa, todo en perfecto estado de conservación y limpieza. Muy buena relación precio/calidad. Super recomendable.
