So poor, had a reservation for 3 people, they didn't know, didn't open the Doors, After calling by phone they recocido. Super unfriendly guy was more like getting rid of us then wellcome us. Decided to look for another habitaciones 😒 so bad.

Stayed here twice, friendly staff and great service, nice breakfast. If you want a nice view, get room number 4 (one king bed) or room number 5 (3 beds).

Had a lovely stay. Service was incredible all around from room to breakfast. Fernando at the reception, and Paola at in the breakfast were exceptional. Hotel is near airport so a 10-15 minute uber or taxi in to town but I didn’t feel like I missed out on anything. The view was spectacular!
