This was the most underwhelming hotel stay of my life. We were there for an event and expected it to be a beautiful stay, but the room was very very underwhelming. For over $200 a night, you would think that they would have cleaned the stains off the walls from some mysterious brown looking splatter, dusted, or have fitted sheets but neither happened. We thought it was going to be a more upscale place but the check in was very long, and when you book on the phone they fail to mention it is $17 for overnight parking. It also has terrible lighting after the sun goes down, if you are trying to use anything other than a lamp to see in front of your face, good luck. The elevator is speedy but comically small where three grown adults is a little tight. There is no microwave or fridge and the closet is basically big enough for one jacket and a broom. The walls and doors are PAPER thin. We could hear someone talking on the phone while walking past their bedroom. The location is convenient and the view of the battleship from the room is very nice if you re into that. I know I have used the word underwhelming probably too many times, but I was excited to stay in (what I thought was) a more upscale hotel, and this was just not it. I could see the Battleship from my window, and every now and then a riverboat would float by. * Perfect location for exploring downtown Wilmington. It's just a few steps out the front door, and you don't have to worry about parking. * Relatively quiet rooms. I could hear people in the hallway but not in the rooms next to me. - - - - Cons: * No fridge or microwave in the room, which I found unusual. * I stayed for three days and room service did not come once. My bed was never made, towels were never switched out, and garbage was not removed. Maybe you had to make a special request for this otherwise routine (or so I thought) service, but I was never told that. * There's a daily parking fee on top of the more expensive room fee. * The bathroom was a little dirty and seemed to be missing some detailed cleaning. * The room was just your average hotel room despite the higher than average price. - - - - Overall, you're definitely paying for location and (if you're lucky) a view. If I were to visit again, I would probably check out some other hotels or Air B&Bs before giving this one another chance. Pros: - Storage safe - Comfortable king bed - Workspace - WalkableCons: - Mold spores - No mini fridge/microwave - Short toilet - No smart tvHusband and I chose this hotel solely because he had a work event reserved in the ball room. It was convenient and a very nice hotel with many shops, bars, and restaurants walking distance. We checked in through the Hilton app and also opted for the digital key. Even so, our few experiences with the staff were friendly. Parking was available with a fee for both self park and valet. A key card was issued to enter and exit the self parking lot. The hotel had an outdoor pool, gym, restaurant, and outdoor seating. We chose a king bed room on the top floor (9). This bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel! There was a safe for small personal items, a work desk, and a corner chair. What we did not care for in the room was lack of a mini fridge, microwave, and smart TV. Other complaints include the shallow sink, short toilet (kid friendly, adult difficult), and mold spores beginning to grow in the shower. All in all, for the price of the room we were disappointed with the lack of amenities. It would have been worth it if at least the microwave and fridge were included. Instead, we were left feeling that we overpaid. Simple amenities go a long way. I wish i had a picture of it to share. the bathroom had no soap or shampoo.you only get one set of towels and there is no maid service for a two day stay.incredibly small space with no refrigerator or microwave.there are two bottles of water and an old cracked cookie to show the Hilton's appreciation for staying with them in their over-priced under served facility. It is a lot like camping without the fresh air. Oh yes, you pay $15 a night to park in their lot in addition to the cost of the overpriced room.One more thing, in room 312, you are right behind the elevator and you can enjoy that noise off and on all night and hear every conversation just like you too are in the elevator.When i complained about this, the desk clerk said "you picked that room".silly me.If you have a chance to visit Wilmington, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.thank me later. é possível não ter estrelas? I stayed here when it was a Hilton, and the rooms and public areas were definitely upgraded several years ago with the transition to a Tapestry (and they still look great).Now for the other side. We have stayed here several times before COVID, and it was amazing. All hotels have taken hits in service with the pandemic, but this one a bit more. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the room. That is inconvenient but fine if you can get food or drinks in the hotel. The issue is that the food areas are sporadically open. For example, the sign attached notes operating hours, but the restaurant is closed during a time it should be open. The Ruth's Chris steakhouse is no longer in the hotel so it is no longer an option.If you are looking for a room with a view and you do not plan on using anything in the hotel, this is fine. If you are looking for a hotel with consistent and helpful service, this is not for you. Vou começar com os pontos positivos. A localização é ótima. I can’t speak on the average night stay, however we recently had our wedding there and if I could scream it to any bride considering having their event there I would beg her to turn around and run. From the beginning after the contract was signed it was nearly impossible to get responses from our event Coordinator, and if we had multiple questions after a week we may get one response and still have to follow up with the other questions. Trying to schedule our detail appointment took almost a month of back and forth and having to reschedule because of all the lack of communication. We did an all inclusive package but I immediately regretted not being able to outsource services as I got about the same response from the florist included. Although my flowers turned out beautiful they were nothing like I had asked for or shown. The signage was also wrong the day of, and my mother in law tried to have it corrected but was told nothing could be changed without the sales coordinator who wasn’t in yet, so the signs stayed incorrect which led to guests entering late on the ceremony. The day of the wedding my event coordinator didn’t contact me all day to where an hour before the wedding I had to reach out to her to ask her what the plan was and in the end I missed my entrance due to being left in a separate room and ended up having to run to my entrance late, fluster disheveled. Not a single decent picture was taken of me walking down the isle. She left maybe 30 minutes into the reception, where we had to constantly ask the kitchen staff for assistance with anything. I will say the food was amazing and the kitchen staff was so friendly and accommodating to help us the rest of the evening so they’re really the only reason I didn’t give a one star.The baker that was used was also wonderful, the cake was exactly what we talked about and the communication was quick and professional. All in all the venue is beautiful and the food is amazing, but do not hold an event there! Devo dizer que a comida estava incrível e a equipe da cozinha foi muito simpática e prestativa para nos ajudar o resto da noite, então eles são realmente a única razão pela qual não dei uma estrela. O padeiro que foi usado também foi maravilhoso, o bolo era exatamente o que falamos e a comunicação foi rápida e profissional. Em suma, o local é lindo e a comida é incrível, mas não faça um evento lá!

My experience here was excellent. Mrs. Erica at the front desk showed exceptional customer service and professionalism! We told her we were visiting from Texas and she made sure that everything was lined up for us. She went above and beyond and I will never forget her kindness after a long, hard trip. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice. I will definitely be back. Minha experiência aqui foi excelente. A Sra. Erica na recepção mostrou atendimento e profissionalismo excepcionais! This location can't be beat! It defined and revitalized this area of the waterfront. The beds were very comfortable, and the light control shade on the window is advanced and modern. The upgrades this hotel employed are the right ones! The hardfloor needs more Swiffering and the area rug under the beds should be softer. It would be great if they provided slippers too. Mi vestido tiene un pequeño escote arriba de la cintura y me pidieron que lo cubriera con mi chaqueta para entrar al restaurante Ruth'Chris y no es la primera vez que veo ese tipo de discriminación por la vestimenta. No es como si quisiera entrar en vestido de baño, mi vestido es elegante y era mi aniversario de bodas.
