Muito bom lugar. Localização perfeita e tranquila no S-Bahn. No meio da área residencial com lugares de estacionamento e uma estação de carregamento eletrônico nas proximidades. Os funcionários também são altamente comprometidos e extremamente amigáveis. Vista perfeita dos Alpes do último andar. No café da manhã é muito tranquilo e tem tudo o que você precisa. Tenho um novo hotel favorito em Munique.

Muy buen lugar Ubicación perfecta pero tranquila en el S-Bahn. En el medio de la zona residencial con plazas de aparcamiento y una estación de recarga electrónica cerca. Los empleados también son muy comprometidos y extremadamente amables. Vista perfecta de los Alpes desde el último piso. En el desayuno es muy tranquilo y hay de todo lo necesario. Tengo un nuevo hotel favorito en Munich.

Great location - just a few mins walk from S-Bahn station with REWE, Aldi and dm nearby. You can get anything you need nearby. Taking S-Bahn to city centre is also quick and easy. Breakfast selection is lovely - all breakfast essentials are there. Breakfast area is clean and comfortable Room is in proper size - we have 2 large luggages, but I don’t feel any difficulty to open it together. Bath room is also cool - again clean and good enough for the two of us. Shampoo, conditioner and show gel are there. They also provide hand wash and body lotion. Staff are friendly and efficient - the front desk guy Roman have done a great job :) Just one little thing but not really annoying us - they don’t have refrigerators in room. Actually you can get whatever drinks/other stuffs you want in supermarkets nearby. We had a great time here and I guess this will be my choice if I visit Munich again :)

Tudo ok. Quartos modernos e limpos e boa localização. O café da manhã tem tudo o que você precisa, mas parece um pouco pequeno para o tamanho do hotel. No banheiro, um exaustor de ar murmura constantemente, mesmo à noite. E: Por que você enfia o edredom debaixo do colchão? Isso é realmente impraticável, porque você sempre tem que puxar o lençol com você. É chato, claro, mas você sobrevive.

Todo está bien. Habitaciones modernas y limpias y buena ubicación. El desayuno tiene todo lo necesario, pero parece un poco pequeño para el tamaño del hotel. En el baño, un extractor de aire murmura constantemente, incluso de noche. Y: ¿Por qué metes el edredón debajo del colchón? Eso es realmente poco práctico, porque siempre tienes que sacar la sábana contigo. Es molesto, por supuesto, pero sobrevives.

Good location. 2 mins walking from Berg Am Laim train station. The room is clean. ALDI Supermarket is just across the street.

New, comfortable and practical hotel. Front desk was very efficient. Spacious reasonably priced (15euro) parking. Sbahn station is 200m away and you can get to central square is 15min. Perfect choice if you are looking for a nice hotel in Munchen for reasonable money

Modern, functional hotel. The rooms for three are small but sufficient, as it is the bathroom. We liked that the hotel has an underground parking and we loved the breakfast, with plenty of choices: warm, cold, sweet, and savory.

Rooms are spotless, except from the red wine we've spilt everywhere. Staff are great, very helpful. We're here for Oktoberfest and the train station is just across the road. 17 minutes and we were at the station for Oktoberfest which is a short walk away from there. You can get a group ticket for all day for just over €15 which covers up to 5 people, taxis are around €45-50

Room was way too hot and no real AC. Left window open for two days when 12 degrees outside and still warm. Otherwise nice rooms and very good breakfast. Location also very nice.

Fizemos o check-in aqui por 2 noites e adoramos. Os quartos são pequenos, mas perfeitamente adequados, as camas são extremamente confortáveis, o banheiro é de bom tamanho com um ótimo chuveiro com efeito de chuva e produtos cosméticos. O quarto é absolutamente silencioso, você não ouve absolutamente nada, nem do vizinho do quarto nem da estação de trem ao lado >>> absolutamente perfeito Café-da-manhã foi delicioso, a equipe de serviço na bola! As mesas que ficaram livres foram rapidamente retiradas, desinfetadas e arrumadas novamente. A localização é realmente ótima. O S-Bahn pode ser alcançado após 2 minutos e após 15 minutos você está no centro da cidade ou na outra direção no Centro de Exposições de Munique para o concerto. Você não precisa necessariamente usar o estacionamento de vários andares, também pode encontrar vagas de estacionamento nas proximidades Recomendamos o hotel 100% e reservaríamos novamente a qualquer momento

Lo disfrutamos. Excelente desayuno. Si queremos criticar la falta de un pequeño minibar... pero yo diría que no hay problema. Muy recomendable... no menos importante la excelente ubicación a 50 metros del S bahn... y después de 5 paradas estás en Marienplatz...

Nos registramos aquí por 2 noches y nos encantó. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero perfectamente adecuadas, las camas son extremadamente cómodas, el baño es de buen tamaño con una gran ducha de efecto lluvia y productos cosméticos. La habitación es absolutamente tranquila, no se escucha absolutamente nada, ni del vecino de la habitación ni de la estación de tren de al lado >>> absolutamente perfecto El desayuno era delicioso, el personal de servicio atento! Las mesas que se habían quedado libres se limpiaron, desinfectaron y volvieron a colocar rápidamente. La ubicación es realmente genial. Se puede llegar al S-Bahn después de 2 minutos y después de 15 minutos está en el centro de la ciudad o en la otra dirección en el Centro de Exposiciones de Munich para el concierto. No necesariamente tiene que usar el estacionamiento de varios pisos, también puede encontrar espacios de estacionamiento en las inmediaciones Recomendamos el hotel 100% y lo volvería a reservar en cualquier momento

Limpio y moderno. Personal servicial, amable y agradable.Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero todo está bastante bien cuidado. El desayuno está bien. Cerca de la estación S-Bahn que conecta con Marienplatz en menos de 15 minutos. Lo recomiendo, volvería. No doy la puntuación máxima porque reservédos habitaciones comunicadas y me dieron dos habitaciones separadas.

Hotel recém-construído localizado a poucos metros do Sbahn que chega ao centro em 15 minutos. Quarto insonorizado com uma cama king size muito confortável. Excelente limpeza. Não há frigobar e não há canais de TV no quarto. O café da manhã carece de itens de confeitaria.

Hotel de nueva construcción situado a escasos metros de la Sbahn que llega al centro en 15 minutos. Habitación insonorizada con una cama king size muy cómoda. Excelente limpieza. No hay minibar y no hay canales de TV en la habitación. El desayuno carece de productos de confitería.

Atendimento ótimo, quarto limpo, café da manhã com todos os protocolos contra o covid, local privilegiado próximo a estação de trem e de supermercados. Para nós o melhor de tudo é que é bem próximo nossa área de interesse. Pagamos na diária 76 euros, porém normalmente é 89.
