Unsure if I have to give 1 or two stars but my stay was horrible. First, the front desk wasn’t very welcoming or helpful, as if I was bothering them on my arrival and stopping them from looking at their phone. Second, the room is small, and has little space because the bed is huge. Lucky I was alone. After further inspection I notice that the bed has some long hair, that isn’t mine , on it. I decide to let it go. During the night, I could hear my neighbors as if they were in my room. The walls are paper thin and people probably believes they are alone. Breakfast service was nice and polite. Food was actually quite good so I will put a an extra star for that. After my stay, I requested the invoice for my room and my employee’s room. Unfortunately my demand was not done, as I ended up having to ask my employee for the bill. ( I booked and paid for the room) I however received my bill 4 times, with updates and what not. When I call to demand explanations, I am greeted with the coldest explanation and no real solution.

I stayed there for three nights. It was clean and the service was good. I ate at the restaurant in the morning. Great hospitality from the valet to the maid service.

Best friend and I spent 2 weeks here with the kids, we all had a blast. Close to everything we wanted, and pool was never busy so we had a chance to unwind after a crazy busy day!!

The hotel was clean and convenient and the staff made the stay enjoyable. They were professional courteous and attentive. Would highly recommend!

VALET STOLE FROM MY CAR. I stayed over one night cause it’s close to work and I didn’t want to drive far.. I give my car to valet at 11 pm and picked it up at 9:30 am when I checked out, guy was stoned! Took an 80$ item from my book bag, my fathers medicine. I went after work to go speak to a manager about this and he wasn’t there, the girl in the front told me he’d be back the next day in the morning to give her all my info and he’d give me a call back. Guess what 3 days later no call back. I also had to change rooms that night because the AC was not working. Sweating the whole night. Worst stay ever and in need of new management. I will never stay there again.
