Filthy!.....from the room to the hallway carpets. Not well maintained. Needs renovation. Stinks...literally. Front desk associate very friendly. Clearly a construction business hotel.

Clean but cramped and dingy. Towels were terrible. Difficult to get to, nothing to eat close by. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was sorry we booked this hotel as soon as we walked in the door. The lobby was shabby and uninviting. After a shaky elevator ride, the hallways were also shabby and had an odor. Our suite was in horrible condition from the worn carpet to the marked up walls to the curtains that were falling apart to the shabby furniture. It also had a bad odor and the refrigerator was too small to hold much of anything. The beds looked clean and comfortable but the bathroom was just adequate. Towels were tiny and threadbare. We visited the pool and chairs were rusty. Since the first night was already paid we stayed but regretted it and cancelled the 2nd night. The following morning we totally lost water in our room, this is unacceptable and unsanitary. We could not wash, shower, flush the toilet, nothing! The front desk would not refund our payment. Breakfast was barely edible, hard and cold pastries and breads and juice that was too thick to drink. More like a campsite than a hotel. Stay away!!!

They were great, I lost power for a couple days due to a ice storm. I worked in emergency services at the time so it was nice of them to come clean my room in the middle of the night as that was when I was working.

Oh where to start… this hotel is awful. I’ll start positive. The staff here is amazing. Well spoken and friendly. Now for the negative. Every room here has mold on the walls and ceiling. The hotel is proud to call them selves non smoking yet every room smells like fresh cigarette smoke. The hot water is hit or miss. The hotel is very loud. You can hear banging and jumping all night long. Save your self the hassle and stay at the Marriott 2 mins up the road for $15 more.
