Anaheim

Este hotel, muy solicitado para viajes en familia, está situado en el centro de Anaheim (California), a solo 2 manzanas de Disneyland Resort y del centro de convenciones. Todas las habitaciones cuentan con mini-nevera, microondas y wifi de alta velocidad. Los huéspedes encontrarán un restaurante abierto las 24 horas justo al lado del hotel. Las instalaciones incluyen vestíbulo con recepción 24 horas, sala de juegos, caja fuerte, servicio de lavandería (con cargo adicional) y aparcamiento.

Everything was great on our 5 day stay until our second to last day. We saw a bed bug crawling up the wall. Immediately we checked the bed but didn't find others. Still 1 bed bug is enough to ruin the rest of your stay. Breakfast is included, kind of because our daughter was not included. They only gave breakfast for 2 not the 3 people in the room.

Gloria was awesome she is good at her job. And greeted us with a smile. She explained the breakfast nice and made us feel very welcome.

Our stay was great the beds are comfortable and the room was clean.Complementary breakfast is provided at Dennys for 2 guests. The price for the location is definitely worth it if you book in advance, there is a shuttle right at the front that takes you to and from the Disney parks. Will definitely be using it again.

2 Stars because the price was decent. The location in relation to the park is ideal. However, we stayed 6 nights and were told room service would come the 3rd day and they didn’t come at all which was frustrating. Had to request fresh bedding and towels from the front desk. The pillows are terrible. I would rather spend a couple hundred more and get a better hotel just down the street!

We stayed here for 4 nights for a family trip to Disneyland. The hotel was absolutely wonderful! It is an older hotel, but it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. All of the staff were very nice and helped us with whatever we needed. We used the ART transit and it worked perfect for us to get to and from the park and was very convenient! They are not cleaning rooms right now but we really didn’t need it (and they would have cleaned if we had requested it). The beds were extremely comfortable after a long day at the park and the hot tub and pool were great. We also loved the Disney’s breakfast vouchers and used them almost every day!

It was a very good hotel in its price range. Nothing fancy, but that is to be expected when booking a more inexpensive room/hotel. We had 2 adults and 4 children in the room with two queen beds. Plenty of room for 2 kids on the floor in sleeping bags. Nothing major. There wasn't a fan in the bathroom, but there was a small window that we could open for air flow. There is no safe in the room like some hotels offer to store valuables. Really just preferences.

Walking distance to Downtown Disney. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Prompt service from maintenance when our a/c tripped a fuse. Loved the breakfast vouchers for Denny's. Front desk staff was very friendly. Nope

Excellent city hotel. Close to Disneyland. Awesome rooms and service in a great location. Great pool.

Good for sightseeing with nearby parking areas.
