Mixed experience. Room was nice, no wash cloths in the room. Disappointed that if I am having a guest it is an extra $10/person for a high priced room as it is. Was told by the night clerk, who looked less than thrilled to be taken away from her chat with the bartender, that there is a $100/deposit as well, they took $150 for a deposit, which for the first time in a long time wasn't given back at check out. Can't access Best Western app to see my receipt, which I declined at check out to save paper, thinking I would get the receipt by email or the app. Positives were the morning desk person, she was a pleasure to talk with and deal with. She was what I should've been greeted with at check in. Kimberly was her name.

I had a great experience and stay at this location. Hot tub and pool outside to unwind, a gas fire pit in the evening was also very nice. Small and pretty private exercise room. Clean rooms and a nice big bathroom. Thanks guys.

I can’t lie this is a wonderful hotel staff was great rooms where the best set up nice even the entire Ambience is amazing. What made me give two stars was the fact that I was trying to serve my wife breakfast in bed and was told I can’t bring food from the breakfast to my room. I have a phobia of crowds and I wanted to eat in private intimate space with my wife. I was told this is Best Westerns policy. Is this true if so that is very unfortunate.

I needed to stay in the area in March and was pleased to see a new hotel was available as cleanliness and upkeep is important to me. New properties usually are in good shape. Sadly, this property could use additional focus on maintaining the new fresh feel. The public restrooms in the lobby were not cleaned well or frequently. Elevators and floors throughout would benefit from receiving additional attention. Additionally, the initial room I was assigned had a significant odor in the bathroom. On arrival, the bathroom door was closed, and abundant air freshener was noticed, perhaps as an attempt to address the issue. I asked to be assigned to a different room and was initially told no other rooms were available. However, the agent then found one. He issued me new keys without any apology or showing any concern for the issue. I hope the issue was reported so that it can be addressed for the next guest. In short, it is a nice new property with the potential to be very good, with some immediate focus on maintenance and cleanliness. If not addressed, I fear this location will quickly lose its appeal.

My son and I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Happy Valley. We had a wonderful experience. Check in was a breeze, very informative and welcoming. Their breakfast was phenomenal, hot, hearty, and delicious. Carl the breakfast attendant was was so hard working, and kept everything fresh. The front desk receptionist Meagan was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She had a great smile to brighten up the rainy morning. This hotel is modern and clean. We will definitely be back!
