Primeira vez em Crandon e eu esperava um Best Western típico. Best Western's às vezes são um sucesso ou um fracasso. Este era definitivamente bem conservado, limpo, tinha uma equipe super-amigável e era silencioso, mesmo durante o fim de semana de Brush Run. Muito fácil check in e check out. Tivemos uma suíte queen com 2 camas e um sofá-cama. Fiquei muito surpreso ao ver que o sofá-cama tinha seu próprio espaço privado com uma porta que podia ser fechada.O café da manhã era limitado por causa de Covid, mas ainda muitas opções. Cereais, torradas, bagels e waffles. A área de jantar era limpa e bem conservada.

Este definitivamente estaba bien mantenido, limpio, tenía un personal súper amable y estaba tranquilo, incluso durante el fin de semana de Brush Run. Registro de entrada y salida muy fácil. Tuvimos una suite queen con dos camas y un sofá cama. Me sorprendió mucho ver que el sofá cama tenía su propio espacio privado con una puerta que se podía cerrar.El desayuno era limitado debido a Covid, pero todavía había muchas opciones. Cereales, tostadas, bagels y waffles. El comedor estaba limpio y bien mantenido.

First time in Crandon and I expected a typical Best Western. Best Western's are sometimes hit or miss. This one was definitely well maintained, clean, had a super-friendly staff and was quiet, even during Brush Run weekend. Very easy check in and check out. We had a queen suite with 2 beds and a pull out couch. I was very surprised to see the pull out couch had it's own private space with a door that could be closed.
Breakfast was limited because of Covid but still plenty of options. Cereal, toast, bagels and waffles. The dining area was clean and well maintained.

The other guests were friendly. That's about the only positive thing I can say and it isn't even hotel related.
None of the staff members we came in contact with wore masks even though signs throughout the building specified they were required. We found old food wrappers in our room from previous guests, the whirlpool bathtub was dirty, there were food crumbs on both beds, the sink was dirty (it looked like someone poured coffee or soda down the drain and didn't rinse the sink afterwards), and there was hair on some of the pillows on the bed. We disinfected from top to bottom before we were comfortable in our room. That shouldn't have been the case. I was very disappointed. It really surprised me because I've stayed there in the past and never had a problem.

Os funcionários mais amigáveis do hotel que já encontrei! Sem mencionar o quão limpo este hotel foi! Muito melhor do que qualquer outro best western que eu já estive! Eu definitivamente viria a este local novamente! A ++++ para atendimento e limpeza!

The most friendly hotel staffs I’ve ever encountered! Not to mention how very CLEAN this hotel was ! Much better than any other best western I been to! I would definitely come to this location again! A++++ for customer service & cleanliness!
